In this disappointing but not surprising update to the elected Sharia ban in Oklahoma Courts, we see that Judge Miles-LaGrange has gone against the will of the people. As she has blocked the certification of the Sharia ban. This is a preliminary injunction, until a final decision is made on the lawsuit. But for now, she just handed Islam a victory.

It’s like a friggin’ train that will be hard to stop but we must keep trying.
Any way to impeach or remove a judge like this? We’ve got to remove a few judges so the rest get the picture. I’m just not sure how you go about doing it.
Some of us (people for the direct election of the voters not appointment) desire that at least the entire record of these people be public before any Governor appoints them, at the very least but we'd rather vote on these judges directly.
The powerful ABA runs ads claiming that the judges be "non-partisan," which winds up being very political and usually very liberal, even in conservative states.

This is supposed to be a representative republic, not an oligarchy.
Fer crying out loud. Why bother with elections then? Just let the elite impose whatever draconian dictates they want in their lust for power.
She should be disbarred and prohibited from ever seeing a courtroom again from that side of the bench.
Send her to Pakistan to live under Sharia law.
People, this is very serious. It is not just about this court case, but more about the fact that almost every “legal issue” in the last few years that involves a LIBERAL CAUSE somehow always goes against law, will of the people, the constitution, conservatives, etc.
From Obama’s eligibility which nobody can obtain “standing” to the gay judge that overturned the will of the people in California regarding same sex marriage, to Arizona’s illegal alien law and now this...
I am very concerned about our courts and dont know what needs to be done, but it appears that most courts in this country are out of control....

I called it. I predicted they would do just this, and so far I’ve been completely right.
This case is destined for the Supremes.
This all sounds like we are heading down the same road as the UK.
The big difference is that so far, the American public is armed.
