What really happened that day in Dealey Plaza? Well never know for sure. At least not until Sept. 14, 2038, and even then we arent assured that the records will be genuine, tampered with or truthful. And despite the Warren Commission's official report, why can't Americans see the records until that date? Whats being hidden? Whos being protected? And why is it that today -- the 47th anniversary of the most controversial event in our nation's history, John F. Kennedy's assassination is ignored by the lamestream media?
The murder of JFK is probably the subject of the most conjecture in our lifetime, on a par with the mysterious circumstances of Obamas birth and background. JFKs death is the most fascinating murder in the history of our nation, fraught with intrigue and theories.
Four years ago while hosting an afternoon drive radio program, I interviewed Dr. Cyril Wecht, MD, JD, forensic pathologist and author of the 1993 book Cause of Death, who testified in 1978 before the House Select Committee on Assassinations. Dr. Wecht has never believed that Lee Harvey Oswald was the shooter who took Kennedys life 47 years ago today. And in painstaking detail, he laid out his case to the House Committee. The Committee's report ultimately opened the door to the possibility that the shooting was the result of a conspiracy, a successfully executed coup d'etat.
The Committee believes, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that President John F. Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy. The committee is unable to identify the other gunman or the extent of the conspiracy.

“I was in first grade, Irving Texas, just next door to Dallas, I had been in school 2 months. The principle turned on the loud speaker with direct radio, the teachers started crying, we started crying, and all went home about an hour early when it was explained what had happened. A lifetime ago.”
Our junior high school on Long Island was being built, so for that year we had to go to the high school till it was complete.
We were sent home early and on my way up the stairs to my locker all I heard was the older kids crying and lockers slamming. No talking at all. Only young, I still remember being struck it was like Lincoln, as far as the love the country had for that man and the effect it was having.
Still hurts me to think of it.
I was in North Richland Hills, a few miles away and was a couple of years younger than you. Remember some details vividly, especially the mono-chromatic live TV feed of the funeral.
Jack Ruby is the primary reason that law enforcement agencies all over the world now protect the transfer of their high profile criminals in custody by shielding them with body armor.
Oh, wait, there was one fella who's on the record saying he can't quite remember......
Heh hah, you sho are one funny guy!
My personal favorite theory is that he was shot from in front and his head flew back and his brains blew onto the back of the car, where Jackie climbs out and picks them up in her hand.
Oh wait... that’s not a theory, there was film of that...
How much longer do we have to wait for the Warren Commission report on the assassination that was sealed for many years?
Add in the fact that Kennedy refused having a more 'secure' vehicle, because he wanted the public to see him, and the fact that the Dealey Plaza route was a perfect spot to ensure a slow moving target, and you could possibly be correct.
After we are all dead.
My husband lived in Dallas TX, He was in 2nd grade but says he does not remember anything about the day.
Looking back at your comment, I see I was just being redundant.
Think I’ll go have a drink.
No problem here. Redundancy is welcomed.
Top JFK Assassination Theories:
1. Oswald was shooting at Jackie but missed.
2. The limo driver shot JFK with his sidearm.
3. There were two gunmen, but there was no conspiracy.
The world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.

Okay. Thanks?
JFK is the poster boy for a manufactured idol. He was cute, had a cute wife , had cute children, took a great picture, was young and died young. All the ingredients for an American icon. Having said that, no man deserved what happened to him and his family. I remember the Warren Commission closing his files for 75 years, and me as a teenage boy thinking, wow that is forever. Well forever is just around the corner and closing fast.
BTW, why is it so hard to think that a commie would want to kill JFK? JFK was very anti-communist. Probably at least as Nixon.
If Kennedy was shot from the front—with the right side of his face facing Dealey Plaza, wouldn’t there be an exit wound on his left side? Always, isn’t shooting from left to right more difficult from shooting away from? Reading always Kennedy and Lincoln by Dr. John Lattimer...
Also JFK—inside the target car...
Also...if LHO was such a poor shot—as they say—wouldn’t they be framing someone such as William Tell—who could shoot an apple off of his son’s head...I mean that way you wouldn’t have any questions about his marksmanship ability.
