Looking back on what was right, what was wrong, and where we may go from here
Since our first interview titled The President Is Losing It, to the last interview, He Aint No Democrat, the tone of Insider has emerged as seemingly less calculated, more genuine, yet also more frantic to see some semblance of good come from all of this Insider talk. Whether or not that good will eventually result, remains to be seen.
I make no secret of my considerable dissatisfaction with the Obama White House, and the Democratic Party as a whole. That being said, I have known good Democrats, and far less than capable or honest Republicans. Insider on the other hand, while dismayed at the path his political party has taken in recent years, remains hopeful that same party will resolve itself to a far stronger and more unified future.
Their fear though, that the party may never recover from its grand folly of nominating, and then electing, Barack Obama as President of the United States, remains palpable. Insider blames no one more than themselves for that folly.
It is, as they have stated, the greatest mistake of their professional life. I wonder of the many millions who voted for Barack Obama, how many among them now share that same feeling of remorse that Insider so willingly admits to?
As with any anonymous source, there always remains and rightfully so, the question of legitimacy of the information being disseminated. Is this real, or a figment of imagination?
The truth most likely resides somewhere in between for Insider appears to say the most when speaking the least, and their intentions not always easily distinguished. A perfect example of this was Insiders seemingly offhand comment at the end of a message where they briefly stated for me to watch for an upcoming media reports on Hillary Clinton being offered the position of Vice President in the Obama White House.
Such speculation was rampant in 2008, mentioned off and on in 2009, but was heard rarely in 2010. I payed it little mind, had almost forgot its mention in fact, until, just 48 hours after that interview was published, it was the leading story on both Fox and CNN, as well as making the front page of the Drudge Report and various other significant blog sites.
Insiders before it broke call was impressive. Impressive to have seen something so specific, be proven so accurate so quickly. Were they showing off just a bit? I do believe they were.
Then we have Insidersoft-repeated indications that the big money donors for the Democratic Party were considering pulling the plug on Obama.
*snip*
And what of the certification file allegedly mentioned by Nancy Pelosi?
Does such a file actually exist? Was it Pelosis knowledge of the certification process that has allowed her to ultimately remain in power despite overseeing historical losses against Democrats during the midterm elections?
Or does Pelosi have knowledge of something else? While Insider has repeatedly described any mention of Barack Obamas eligibility status as birther nonsense, they have also initiated that subject themselves on occasion. Why?
If the issue is so silly, so beyond the realm of possibility, why bring it up at all? Perhaps as Insider has also hinted at, there does appear to be something there, but that something might prove so debilitating to the nations political process that it leaves Insider not wanting to play any part in such a damaging outcome?.
Of this I am certain Insider knows far more on this subject than they have yet indicated.

.. Ulsterman’s musings and questions about the WH Insider.
Thanks, tut
Wonder if the Insider’s leaks are done.
I’m getting the feeling for the first time that
Ulsterman is also a Dem .. anyone else get that
impression from his writing on this?
There are tens of millions of Democrats who realize the huge mistake their party made. Here’s a sample:

And asking insider to respond... Very interesting. Looks like insider has gone to ground. The pieces on the chess board went in directions he didn’t expect! Lol it might be a while before he pops his head out of the gopher hole again.
There is something to the birther story. With these stories.... It’s gonna get more notice for sure now!
Nice work Ulsterman! That’s called yanking the chain! Keep it up! But not TOO hard, things tend to come crashing down on you when you do that.
I think I read in Ulsteman's own articles that he is a Democrat, but disillusioned at Obama.
From the article:
Throughout the Insider interview series, good people have come forward to offer an abundance of information that at the very least, raises the distinct possibility that a determined and ongoing cover up has in fact been underway surrounding this nations current president and any time there is a cover up, there exists the resulting and required question of WHY? And so I am now left asking that very question, more often, and more loudly. I hope to be able to ask it of Insider soon.
Insider please respond.
More work remains undone far too many questions remain unanswered
Something went wrong in the Insider's view of the future events in the Democratic party. He thought that Pelosi would resign, or be shut out, and would do a scorched earth document dump that would embroil Obama in various scandals. This didn't happen, so now the Insider does not seem to have a handle on what will happen, or if anything will happen at all.
Why does Ulsterman keep referring to “Insider” as “they”?
I believe he’s a dem. Keep wondering if Ulsterman and Insider are one in the same. Regardless, I don’t think Insider will respond anymore. It has made some interesting reading, though.
Yes .. that Pelosi twist, in light of her
huge negatives, has him stymied totally.
Fun fiction ...
No, I’m not buying it.
People often use “they” colloquially to avoid using pronouns “he” or “she” that denote sex.
Or the Insider could really be several people, who knows.
On second thought, it needs a barf alert.
My post is long so I’ll list summaries of the numbered paragraphs here and if any para looks skim-worthy, find the full text of the paragraph below the line:
1. Ulsterman carriers Dem water: What a surprise Obama is a failure!
2. I believe Ulsterman is the author of Insider leaks or works with a few others to compose this fiction
3. A few reason why I believe Insider leaks are compositions of rumors/reports from other sources
4. Ulsterman appears to provide ‘cover’ for his interview series.
Ok so if any thing looked worth skimming, find the paragraph number! :)
***************************************************
1. I believe that the overall spin coming from the Dems from now until forever is going to be that they were conned by Obama. They were not conned - they were the conners. I don’t believe anyone as mentally diminished, amoral, and inexperienced as Obama was back when he was being groomed for POTUS could not be recognized. The Dems knew and they didn’t care. The ends justify the means. So the Dems have lost national face for putting a psych-challenged empty suit in the office and they want to ‘choose again’. So Ulsterman carriers the water for the Dems talking ‘shock and awe’ about what a surprise Obama’s character was - well, Dems really should vet their candidates, no? He didn’t cleverly con them - they closed their eyes!
2. I believe that Ulsterman is the writer, at least in part, of these stories which he attributes to ‘Insider’. It reads like fiction composed of tidbits of information pulled together from chauffeurs, hairstylists etc.
Early on, another website which does interview actual WH insiders noted that sources are notoriously fearful of detection and may promise to leak information but never get up the nerve to do so, even over the course of several years etc. So the authors of that website were first to point out the fictional approach that Ulsterman seems to use and the unheard of access he has to the source who just talks and talks and talks.
3. I noticed that one Ulsterman ‘interview’ with the Insider took place for 2 hours in the Insider’s office. How likely is THAT? Yeah, real discrete. Ulsterman refers to receiving emails - again, how likely is it that someone who’s career (already at 30plus years) as a Dem operative would contact blog authors via email? And the breathless, dime store novel-type style reads like fiction. When readers pointed out these weaknesses, the next ‘leak’ was a post that had Insider stressing that HE gives information to Ulsterman in a dialogue that Micky Spillane would have deemed too stilted.
4. I also note that Ulsterman repeatedly tells us how to evaluate the Insider. Many times, I’ve read ‘well what Insider said happened so that proves he is ‘real’ etc.’ No - one could scoop up tidbits of WH gossip and fling ‘em to the the website in a fictionalized account and that wouldn’t make the source who or what Ulsterman says he is or make his amoral motives any more acceptable (Insider initially admitted he was ‘in it’ just to protect Dem pols who deserved better. When readers pointed out this amoral, unpatriotic stance, Insider suddenly went ‘rah rah’ for his country which, he said, he loves etc.)
it reminds me of American Spectator during the Clinton years
Well thought out .. still had enough seeming
previews of what was coming and did to keep me
wondering.
Hey....I don’t know who you ARE, but I think your synopsis of the situation is spot ON. (so, if you think you’re on the ball, I’d have to agree.)
I admire your “interpretation” of the “Insider” series.
It DOES read like fiction....although, fiction we wish were true.
My bubble’s been burst. But, I’m impressed by your take on it.
Someone’s yanking our chain. Smoke and mirrors.
(That’s not to say I don’t think the gay guy isn’t a fraud...we just need honorable people to fess up to the side-show they’ve presented to the American people—all I want for Christmas.....)
Hasn’t everyone said that if Obama was going to go down over the birth certificate issue, it would be the dems that would do it when they wanted him out of office. Maybe this is just the beginning. Maybe the “they” really are multiple players in this situation, creating Ulsterman for this purpose. I think Rahm is involved. He gave Obama 2 years, now Obama wants to dis him in his bid for Mayor. If Obama is discredited, then his endorsements of any mayor candidate will also be discredited. Just my thoughts. It has been interesting reading though.
Not "debilitating to the nation" but the destruction of the Democrat party as we know it. A good thing since it is full of Communists.
It’s a method of obfuscating the sex of a person. Try a simple exercise, relate some scene you had today with a person, in detail. Now go back and confuse every refrence to that persons sex. Use everything you can think of to avoid sounding repetitive. Ulsterman is acutely aware of who he is talkin to. He is aware of the person’s fame and position. He is also actively aware that he MUST protect this person, or his source will evaporate. I am aware of these hints because I have had to do them myself. It’s harder than it sounds to do.
These 'so called' interviews read as if the words are spoken by different people. The last one sure did not sound like the previous ones. The last one has much stuttering kinda like a prominent Clintonmite that was initially on the 'inside'.
Ping!
