Methinks he protests too much about the birther issue. He has finally said what he really thinks about it and reflects what most high ranking Democrats know or suspect. The fear he keeps expressing is because all his pipe dreams of the Democrats coming back in 2012 will be finished forever if this issue and the surrounding mysteries of Obama is ever proven. The French and Russian Revolutions might look tame to a Democrat if their confederacy of silence is brought to justice.

A letter from the Hawaii Elections Office states that Obama was qualified to run for the office of President and shows a state Democrat Party nomination form which alleges that Obama and Biden were “legally qualified to serve under the under the provisions of the national Democratic Parties balloting at the Presidential Preference Poll.” There is no mention of constitutional eligibility. However, a letter from an elections official in Hawaii dated December 18, 2008 does mention the U.S. Constitution:

It appears that in order to meet Hawaii statutory requirements, Nancy Pelosi signed a notarized nomination certificate affirming that BHO was eligible to serve as president according to the U.S. Constitution, yet she apparently used no court-vetted probative contemporaneous documents to do so. However, it appears that the Hawaii Secretary of State placed Obama’s name on the ballot. Without any probative contemporaneous documents (which this writer believes do not exist) as the basis of Pelosi’s certification of Obama, the nominating form is arguably a forgery.
On September 28, 2010, a researcher contacted the Hawaii Elections Office at (808) 453-8683.
The researcher asked, “Why did the Hawaii Democrat Party refuse to state that Barack Obama was constitutionally eligible?”
The answer was, “You will have to call the Hawaii Democratic Committee. Their number is (808) 596-2980.”
The researcher then called the Hawaii Democratic Committee and asked, “Why did you refuse to qualify Barack Obama as constitutionally eligible?”
The answer was, “I don’t know what you mean.”
The researcher explained, “Well, the language was changed in the HDC candidate form between that of Kerry and Gore whereby constitutional eligibility was noted, to that of Barack Obama whereby only acclamation was noted, and Nancy Pelosi vouched for his constitutional eligibility per Hawaii law requirements.”
The HDC’s response was, “What’s your email? I’ll have the chair get back to you.” As of publication, the researcher has not received a response.
On September 28, 2010, the researcher contacted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office at (202) 225-0100 and asked, “What documents were used to certify constitutional eligibility for the Hawaii Democratic Committee?”
The staffer said, “Oh, hold on a minute and I’ll get someone to help you.” The call was then transferred to House Speaker’s COMMENT LINE, where a message was left, but she received no return call.

But if she slams him it will be a suicide attack because she herself will be caught perjuring herself. The only way she gets out of this is if she strikes a deal with law enforcement to get off lightly for informing on Obama.
And as much as this alleged “insider” wants to hang his hat on Hillary, I think if the eligibility crimes are ever exposed Hillary will be found to have accepted a spot in the administration of somebody she knew was a foreign communist working with Soros to overthrow the US. I think the nation will be doing some soul-searching regarding what exactly IS the definition of “treason”. Giving comfort and aid to the enemy? Would that include taking a post in the administration and refusing to tell anybody that he’s a fraud?
Pelosi and every democrat - actually probably a lot of repubs too - have good reasons to keep all of this from coming out. Their own guilt will be exposed. And this “insider” also said that talking about this stuff could get a person killed.
Now does that sound supportive of Hagmann’s claims that he’s got statements from people afraid to give their names or speak on the record about the threats Obama’s lawyers, at the behest of Rahm, Soros, and Axelrod, made to the news network heads?
We don’t know if this “insider” is genuine, but if he is then he would be crazy to even suggest there’s nothing to the “birther” thing, if it’s something people could be killed over just because they talk about it.
Nothing will ever be done about the eligibility issue through the feds. If it happens it will happen through one or more states - which is actually a comforting thought because Obama has already declared war on the states by suing Arizona and by signing the HCR into law. And we have made tremendous gains at the state level. That is where the CRS says eligibility issues have to be resolved, and that is now our best bet for holding the feds accountable. God knows they aren’t willing to hold themselves accountable, and they aren’t listening to the direct will of the voters either.
If you look at what the HDP took out of their certification, it was one physical line from the document. And the effect of taking out that one line was that it removed the Constitutional language AND the statement that Obama was the candidate specifically of the HDP - just leaving a statement that Obama is legally qualified because of the provisions of the DNC balloting.
The really, really revealing part of that is that it took out the statement that Obama is specifically the candidate of the HDP - because that statement is actually a requirement in HI law, and their taking it out could NOT have been in order to streamline and coordinate the legal requirements because their “edit” means they actually failed to do the legal requirement.
What this suggests to me is that they had an “Oh, sh!t” moment at the Convention where they were scrambling to try to figure out how to pull off this hoax without anybody committing perjury. If they had thought it through better they would have re-worded the whole thing in the HDP Cert rather than just cutting out one physical line (maybe even via photocopier, the way it looks).
I very strongly doubt that there is a “certification file”. These people rely on leaving no paper trail. Any “certification file”, IMHO, would be the personal knowledge of the participants - and specifically whatever transpired in that “Oh, sh!t” conversation immediately preceding the signing of these documents.
Now...from what I understand this certification statement without the constitutional language in it...was the same certification with Gore in all 49 states except for Alaska. I have seen the Gore certification...whether that was done long after 2000, I am not sure...however, many say it is the actually certification statement for Gore.
That’s exactly what they’ve done with the eligibility issue. To know the crimes that have been committed you have to understand Hawaii statutes, and most people are too dumbed-down or busy to get that deep into it.
That’s why Obama can put out some obvious forgeries and then mock everybody who points out the intricate proofs of the forgery. People like to watch CSI or Bones but they don’t have the patience to dig through the minutiae on boring stuff like document fraud or perjury.
This is the same tactic they’ve done legislatively. Write a 2,000 page bill and you can sneak in a lot of crap. It’s all about camouflage. Burying the relevant among steaming piles of brainless chatter.
My understanding is that the DNC cert normally doesn’t have the Constitutional eligibility language in it. I’m not sure whether the Constitutional eligibility language was added to the Gore cert in 2000 for EVERY STATE, or just for Hawaii, but on the Hawaii document it was obviously added by typewriter to an already-existing form that didn’t have the language. It would be interesting to see if other states had that typed addition as well, or just the one the DNC used for Hawaii.
It wasn’t...it was there just for HI...I’ve seen both of them and have them saved in my other computer...now the DNC use to use the HI cert for all states...I am not sure when that changed...probably with Gore.

If this is authentic, then even the Dems who hate 0bastard don’t want the eligibility or homo issues brought up because it will taint them too much and implicate many of them.
Yes. My take is the “certification file” is the DNC candidate certification for the states. While it might have the usurper’s BC or whatever he photoshopped to get the DNC to back him, this has more to do with Pelosi’s and various others’ illegal actions to get him on the ballot. Still it would also implicate her because she signed them all.
