The hypocrisy of the Obama administration is mind-blowing. On April 1, 2010, President Obama declared April Sexual Assault Awareness month (pdf) for the second year in a row.
Every day, women, men, and children across America suffer the pain and trauma of sexual assault. From verbal harassment and intimidation to molestation and rape, this crime occurs far too frequently, goes unreported far too often, and leaves long-lasting physical and emotional scars. During National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we recommit ourselves not only to lifting the veil of secrecy and shame surrounding sexual violence, but also to raising awareness, expanding support for victims, and strengthening our response.Meanwhile, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano has TSA fondling air travelers; including sticking their hands down peoples pants.
TSA's official blogger denies the invasive searches are sexual assault. (accent is mine)
Blogger Bob said...Here is how USDOJ Ofice of Violence Against Women Director Susan B. Carbon defined sexual assault at this year's Sexual Assault Awareness Month Event. (Small pdf) (accent is mine)There is no fondling, squeezing, groping, jabbing, or any sort of sexual assault taking place at airports. You have a professional workforce carrying out procedures they were trained to perform to keep aviation security safe.

Sexual assault can be defined as any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient. Falling under this definition are forced sexual intercourse, sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling, and attempted rape.

Absolutely wrong that people are being subjected to this groping. Either go through the machine or don’t fly.
Joe Biden is a hero to the VICA advocates...
He is said to be the one who got that victims act passed...
its for women victims of dometic violence and sexual assault and abuse...
Wheres he now that Janet Napping-while-our toddlers-are=molested and the TSA are the perps ???
Why isne he running to the rescue ???
Why is he silent while women are becoming VICTIMS ???
If I took a picture of you in a dressing room or a restroom
while naked without your consent, I would be liable and
could be prosecuted for this action. Think Chuck Berry,
with the under the commode seat cam. The TSA are doing the
same thing with their scan machines. It is unlawful search
and seizure. If this allowed to continue, the police on
interstate highways will be able to strip search you without
probable cause. There is no difference.
The diaper bomber incident started this unlawful action.
Yet, he was already on a no-fly list but was allowed to board the plane, even after his father called and warned
the proper authorities that his son had been radicalized.
Americans must make the government stop this. There is no
need to scan everybody, we already know who are going to
blow up the planes. They are Mohammedans. Coulter’s latest
article covers this subject completely. It is worth the
reading time. IMHO.
I can’t accuse the administration of hypocrisy. Their mental instability means that they can’t really see the contradiction in their actions. In their non-functioning “minds” it’s all perfectly logical.
This should raise public awareness to inappropriate sexual touching...
