Not good for the course of the direction of the country. This election should have been a pressure valve to clear always growing anger, but I am concerned we could see a new American revolt down the road.

We need to purge FR of the ignorant, bombastic and moronic. This post is a case in point. We win a stunning , historic victory last night and still some people want to bellyache. Have you seen the amount of Conservative gains coast to coast, the amount of state Houses we won, the amount of Governorships. The amount of Senior Committee Chairmen multiple term House members we took down. No of course not, cause some people are just half empty types and need something negative to wax about, it gives their life some patina. I could go in why all the points I listed are VERY important, why politically it;s about 5x better we DID not win the Senate. But why bother, you're a butt monkey who would complain no matter what facts we pointed out. You know can some of us who worked hard to turn the country off the edge of the cliff enjoy a hard earned victory? Can you lighten up for one day, or if not don't post and put your head back in the toilet and continue flushing.

We need to purge FR of the ignorant, bombastic and moronic...you're a butt monkey who would complain no matter what...

Just the fact that you used the term "butt monkey" to insult a fellow freeper who expressed concern about Democrat voter fraud shows that you need to shut the hell up and get off this board. I know you would love to take a token win and go back to playing video games and watching TV while the country is dragged into hell, but a good number of us take this country seriously and we don't plan on giving an inch. So either get on board or get the hell out of the way. And grow up, for God's sake.

Yeah... they really hurt us last night, huh? All those bombasts on FR? No, we need to purge all the proponents of "purges." Bombasts make the world go 'round. Purge Monkeys suck huge Soros ass. You dilfork dweeb.

Fantastic post.

The Glass isn't just half full, it might be a fine Cognac, and many can't even see it... The wins were bigger down ticket than we realize and it will take a Wonk ( I use that as a term of endearment ) like Michael Barone to point it out.

It is about the House(s), Senate(s), SoS's, AG's, and Judges we picked up at the State level. In Michigan it was a Conservative Sweep at these State Level races.

pburgh01 you will get this, we have set the Stage for an even bigger 2012. Equal to this is and it is just a gut feel is that our Candidate wasn't absolutely stellar, i.e. Mark Rubio and if they couldn't fight off or wouldn't fight off the negative adds, the candidate lost, especially in the West. Not the end of the world, but it may point to a kink in the Tea-Party's Armor, I need more time to digest what went wrong and why as an arm-chair prognosticator, I do not have the answer to that just yet...

..... from a logical point of view, I agree with what you are saying. But I honestly won’t be happy until my state of Massachusetts FINALLY awakens from its six decade Democratic nightmare and puts that pompous arrogant ass, Barney Frank, out of office once and for all.

and then there’s Markey.

and then there’s Nikki Tsongas.

and then there is Olver.

and ultimately there is our current senior senator, that insufferable egocentric ineffectual snob John Kerry.

I’m happy for the rest of the nation, but Massachusetts remain a depressing political environment. I trust you understand my feelings in this respect.

The corruption and leftists needs to be rooted out starting today. No prisoners;no mercy. And don’t think we have saved the country. We have just bought a little time - very little. Whether that matters depends on whether we start today to investigate, punish, and force change. You weren’t the only one who worked this election.

IMHO, the state and local elections are far more important than the federal results. The federal government is beyond saving, but most local and state governments may be salvaged.

How much vote fraud do you approve of, then?
