With just two days until election day, Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is clearly desperate to stop Republican challenger Sharron Angle. Anyone looking at his campaign website can tell that it is dripping with fear and panic.
Take, for example, an article entitled "The fight for Nevada." You may think it is logical that Reid would at least try to promote the things he has said that he has done for Nevada. Nope. The entire article is a vicious attack piece against Angle, full of lies, mis-characterizations, and desperation.
The very first sentence, in fact, ends with this statement (in bold print): "We have to stop Sharron Angle." Next Reid flails around, trying foolhardily to take down anything he can:
"The fight against Tea Party extremism begins in Nevada, where this radical right-winger raised $14 million last quarter to run negative ads that have been called everything from plain false to outright racist."
Normally Reid tries to separate his attacks, but obviously he's trying to hit a home run here, calling Angle extreme, radical, a liar, and racist all at once. But more than this quote, Reid makes his fear obvious, as he begs:
"I need your help right now. If were going to stop the Tea Party from taking over our country, we have to start by stopping Sharron Angle in Nevada."

Not so fast. There may be Tea Party people employed in the Coffee industry.
We can’t let them lose their source of income, right? he he he
I'd be more worried about the poor snake...
...not that any 'in the know' would bite Harry, just out of professional courtesy!
I'm NOT a member of the Tea Party. I'm NOT a registered Republican. I'm NOT a registered Democrat. This has NOTHING to do with party any more. The criminals and crooks in Washington (all of them), need to go home and stay home and never come back. This has become a moral issue. And, that's being nice.
If I worked in an office, I would likely grab a fancy china cup and saucer out of the China Cabinet to make the point.
" You, up there, please save my a**. I can't go back to life as a civilian with no
access to billions of tax dollars. When the Repubs takeover, I won't even have a
chance at a Cabinet appointment or ambassadorship."
Silly Harry, we're not interested in taking over the soviet union.
What is gratifying, at least, is that no matter what happens Tuesday the likes of Sen. Reid has been exposed for everyone to see. Sites like FR are in no small measure responsible for this - no longer do the usual suspects have a stranglehold on media outlets. What is esp. galling is they call themselves Democrats, when there isn’t anything remotely democratic about them. They ask for our votes while ridiculing our traditions and patting each other on the back on how “progressive” they are. This charade has been going on for a long time, and while it’s nice to see some blowback it’s probably too little too late. Oh well...
I’m not so sure he ever had one...unless he stored on in a jar somewhere or something
“Searchlight needs and ex-Senator as a tourist attraction. Theres a vacant gas station that coulod serve as his official library.”
You could have the “Harry Reid Earmark Wing” and the “Harry Reid Failed Socialist Takeovers Wing.”
Perfect.
Prediction: I don’t say this with happiness but the greatest danger to the Tea Party and it’s mission are not feeble foes like Reid and Pelosi but it’s enemies within the GOP establishment.
Here is one more ‘safe’ seat in jeapordy.

"Thank you, Sharron. And, by the way, I can't 'man up.' Nancy told me the operation is irreversible."
Mmmmmm...............there's something about a man in uniform.
"That's far enough. Don't stand too close to me, Obama. And don't mention
mosque, Democrat, h/care, amnesty, cap/trade, and my name, in the same
sentence."
