Here’s a tip: buy the higher end hooch. Fewer impurities= fewer hangovers. (This is a tip I heard one New Year’s Eve from the head of Emergency Medicine at a LARGE DFW hospital.) He wasn’t encouraging anyone to over-indulge. Just giving tips how to avoid a skull-splitter the next morning.
