I received a call from a person who is trying to provide awareness for this bill, HR-5741. This bill will give Obama complete power over all draft age persons 18-45 My question is, do you think this is a valid concern when the Senate votes on this after the elections perhaps during the holidays I am also sending this to many candidates to help me understand if this could be passed as a part of the lame duck after the election. Would the senate really enrage the people and pass this in a lame duck. I am looking for input as to whether I forward to everyone, as I think this would really upset people. And I want to make sure that this is a valid concern. In breif this is what power would be given to the president:

If the GOP wins big I suggest that unless ALL tax cuts are extended including >$250k, no death tax and reduced capital gains then we wait till the next Congress.

Talk about promoting failure! Rebecca Wertz is the Justice Department lawyer who has completely fumbled the protection of military voters, even telling an audience last February that the DoJ would be very reluctant to litigate to force states to comply with a new law mandating that ballots be sent to military personnel abroad at least 45 days before Election Day. DoJ, under Wertz, continues to foul up the process, as reported today by Christian Adams, with the latest example (of many) being absolute failure to force New York State to abide by the law.
It is a vital part of the socialist/marxist/communist agenda, to overthrow America........by a relentless attack on the traditional family and traditional religion.........
