Mr. Andy Martin, JD, will be holding a “Third National Conference on Barack Obama’s Missing Birth Certificate, College Records and Religion” in Honolulu on November 9-16, 2010. ...On October 17, 2008, Mr. Martin filed a lawsuit in Hawaii to obtain access to Barack Obama’s original long-form, typewritten birth certificate. He has stated that Hawaii officials admitted that the online COLB which has been presented as a “birth certificate” by Factcheck.org and Politifact.com is not the same as “the original” which the Department of Health has on file....Mr. Martin has filed a second lawsuit against Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle, as she “supervises and controls the actions of the executive department and in particular supervises Dr. Chiyome Fukino who is the Director of the Hawai¶i Department of Health.” Mr. Martin stated that his requests made under Hawaii’s UIPA law were ignored for months and, when they were finally answered at significant expense, did not address his request....

I think that once whatever it is he’s hiding comes out, there needs to be hell to pay over a slightly different subject.
The Hawaii Director of Health Dr. Chiyome Fukino, and Governor Linda Lingle have obviously both seen the phony online Certificate, yet neither one has uttered a peep about this forged document with seal of the State of Hawaii on it. Without releasing any so-called confidential information they are both fully able to say, uh...err...based on what I know that is a forged document. They have that duty as Hawaiian officials.
I don’t know what the truth is or what Obama is hiding, but I do know that in 1961 no one would have described a black person using today’s politically correct term “African.” And for that reason I know it is forged. Fukino and Lingle have every right under Hawaiin law to withhold whatever “private information” it is he’s hiding, the different father, different mother, different gender or race, etc. But that’s a far cry from creating or participating in a forgery with FALSE information. By not commenting on that document which has a copy of the Seal of Hawaii on it they are therefore participating in the forgery. Whenever the truth comes out, they need to be prosecuted for that.
There indeed needs hell to pay. Every congressman, every judge, every elector, every state secretary, every state attorney, everyone down the line who “evaded” the issue and let Hussein slide needs to answer for their misdeeds and crimes.
Any shenanigans on our part will be countered by penalties not praise.

WMR has learned from a reliable intelligence source that the CIA has secretly contracted with a retired top CIA official who was a principal actor in the Iran-contra scandal, to uncover any information that could be damaging to Obama from his past. On the table are any documents and information on Obama’s place of birth, his paternal parentage, and his past employment activities. By contracting outside the CIA’s normal channels, the agency is seeking ”plausible deniability” should documents or information damaging to Obama be uncovered and subsequently leaked to the media.
