Mr. Palmisano said, “We could've improved quality and reduced the cost of the healthcare system by $900 billion . . . I said we would do it for free, to prove that it works. They turned us down.”

Obama refuses it because “health care reform” IS NOT ABOUT HEALTH CARE REFORM;
“health care reform” is a man-made crisis, created by sixty plus years of liberal legislation INTENDED to raise the cost of private health insurance;
“health care reform”, just like “financial reform”, is no more than an excuse for expanding FEDERAL power, FEDERAL authority and FEDERAL control and or “ownership” of the “means of production” of one of the largest sectors of the economy - health insurance and health care.
The useful idiots - the liberals - have fulfilled all the expectations the Marxists have had for them; becoming their political drones to put a “moderate” face on a Marxist agenda.
