Wasn't always like that. Angelenos were once known as the best drivers in the world.

Problem is, the population became too dense, with too many people bringing their weird driving habits from other countries, and it all went to hell.

I started driving at 18 in L.A. back in 1971. I've probably driven over a million miles in that county.

I was at a rally when Dick Cheney was campaigning on the first GW election. While he was good he did not have “IT.”

I watched Michael Steel and Sarah Palin’s speeches. Sarah was great as always but I was pleasantly surprised by Steel’s fine speech.

So glad you could be there and so close.My mom was there and she agrees that Sarah Palin’s the real deal. She’s got “it”. The same “it” that Reagan had, for connecting with the American people in word and in “sense.”I think so too. I lived in California during Reagan's time as governor,and I certainly agree with your Mom that Sarah has that same "it" that Reagan had.
