Democrats will trip over seniors’ canes and walkers

“With age comes wisdom” has never been truer in our lifetimes. America’s seniors will soon be turning their accumulated hard earned wisdom into an avalanche of votes that will smother Democrats across the country.

In 2008 senior voters surprised Democrats by not falling for Obama’s lies. Grandparents knew their naïve children were swallowing the Democrats’ something – for – nothing socialist propaganda, but as a solitary group they could not prevent the disaster their lifetimes of experience told them was coming.

For America’s seniors nothing has changed save for a heightening of their fears for the future and an even stronger resolve to resist Obama’s lies. Far exceeding the general turn out of 52%, in 2008 almost 80% of seniors voted.

Seniors will be back to the polls this year and given the aging of America they will be a larger voting block than ever before. They are still not fooled by the Democrats’ Marxist plans and every poll shows this.

A new Pew poll found that 59% of seniors say Congress is doing a “poor” job, 74% are “dissatisfied” with America’s “national condition” and 65% have “little or no confidence that government will make progress on important issues.”

Older voters have little tolerance for “compromisers” Those over 65 are less likely to vote for a political “compromiser” especially for an incumbent.

Among Republican seniors the level of dissatisfaction with Congress, Barack Obama and general national conditions is near unanimous. A staggering 89% have no confidence in the Democrat controlled Congress.

In Florida, seniors fearing that Democrat wild spending will destroy Medicare,… More…

Well, enormous numbers of these vaunted seniors voted for Obama. They were as gullible as the college kids. Whenever I see a vehicle driven by an oldster, sporting an Obama sticker, I just shake my head.

With every grandchild owing $42,000 of national debt from their first breath, one has to wonder why the older generation ever let Democrats run up such outrageous bad credit on unsustainable government programs that are now going broke, such as Medicare.

Government representatives saying no cost of living increase for social security next year and then other government officials saying that the country needs to get inflation going to help “fix” the economy; are going to be surprised by the wrath they have wrought with older Americans.

The Dems are dumb, dumb, dumb. As people begin to understand how bad health care is going to get messed up, they are going to start to get really angry with anything associated with democrats.

This election and the next presidential election should be very interesting changes in the American political landscape.

The Obama administration is spending still more of your tax dollars to have Andy Griffith tout Obamacare. Politico writes:

You don't spend campaign money on voters you already have in the bag, like Obama’s big trip to Philadelphia with a largely black audience, unless they aren't enthusiastic enough to take the free union van down to the polls. But heck, no cost to the dems to propagandize seniors using Andy apparently. Just use Gov’t funds. As reported by the WA Examiner:

Andy Griffith is back with another attempt to win over seniors. The beloved sheriff of Mayberry is appearing in new ads, backed by the Obama administration, touting the benefits of the health care reform law. The ads appeared in this weekend’s Parade magazine.

“The old folks know the truth.”

Speaking for myself, many of us face a bleak future of working as slaves until we die. The companies we work for drink our blood. Our IRA’s are gone, destroyed by pirates, and we face a league of politicians who see us as sheep with a little more fur left to shear before they discard us.

The lies and myths of the entitlement state let many of our parents live gently in their last years, but the shoe has dropped on us and our children.

Seniors like me will be an angry group from here on out, electorally.

Not so sure on this... seniors were the demographic that should have turned out en masse to save us from Obama in ‘08.

Andy Griffith finished what little he had left. Now his “legacy” is that of oblivious old man who does not know what the heck he is saying. It is a ode to the zombie democrat voter.

Being one of those old folks I agree with you...it’s just amazing. I’m willing to sacrifice but remember we spent our whole lives being forced to turn our money over to this ponzi scheme and now they want to change the rules. I tried my best to make other arrangements but it was very difficult to fund an alternative and at the same time contribute to this scheme. I had the resources to do something most people did not. Just saying!!!

My mom voted for the Commie in Chief. Her reason? “George Bush was a terrible president.” The underlying reason? Poisoned by years of pro-union diatribe from my idiot brother and her male friend. FUBO and everyone who supports the Marxist destroyer.

Andy Griffith is most impressive as he wipes the drool from his mouth.

I can comment on this as I am a senior - The commercial is an embarrassment...primarily to Andy - he can barely speak and I seriously doubt that he has any idea of what he is actually saying.

Sad.
