FDA shuts down Morningland Dairy despite clean tests

"The FDA took many swabs of their cheese plant and tank room and all samples came back negative for any pathogens. Nothing found and yet they still must destroy their cheese. They are now able to sell milk into the commercial pasteurized chain, and that will allow them to keep the cows, but that’s about it."

There are MANY links here, but the link to the FDA brief to the court is the motherlode. Here are just two excerpts that initiated the boiling my blood this morning.

"There is No Generalized Right to Bodily and Physical Health. Plaintiffs’ assertion of a “fundamental right to their own bodily and physical health, which includes what foods they do and do not choose to consume for themselves and their families” is similarly unavailing because plaintiffs do not have a fundamental right to obtain any food they wish."

"5. FDA’s Regulations Rationally Advance the Agency’s Public Health Mission. Because the interests asserted by plaintiffs are not fundamental rights, FDA’s regulations are not subject to strict scrutiny."

This is my line in the sand folks. What I choose to eat and why is none of their damn business. It is MY body, and MY health and I will eat what I decide is best for both!

May God give us the strength and wisdom to fight those who are intent upon enslaving us all.

Hmm, one of the earliest parts of the Bible discusses how to prepare a field to plant wheat.

There are no rules there about how to crack a walnut to pick out the meat.

Reason? Yes, wheat is a domesticated product. There are risks associated with such things. Walnuts were not, at that time, domesticated. They came surrounded by an astringent cover that made sure anything inside (the nut) was as sanitary as it was going to get.

A wheat field provides perfect conditions for the growth of any number of poisonous plants. Wheat fields, of course, don't exist in a state of nature although wheat does.

I have absolutely no problem with the regulation of products produced by domestic animals, or in a condition of domestication, or further processed through fermintation or mold growth. Just none at all! I'm pretty sure God thinks the same way in these matters.

Honestly, I am hoping that THIS will finally be what wakes people up. Even the Left will have to realize that Big Brother is set upon “protecting” them from eating and drinking their small farm produced items, because the small farms are not willing or able to meet Big Brother’s standards, since those standards are in fact, in place to protect the corporate food giants.

Sheesh.

Investigators are looking into just who chained the doors of the IRS building shut and smeared all air intakes with pig feces.

Let's see, the FDA cannot inspect chickens but they shut down a clean dairy operation. Got it.

Actually, if you go to the Middle East where wheat and barley originated you can find wild wheat fields that yield quite a bit of wheat. Wild barley, too. Not as high a yield as cultivated fields with modern strains, but they’re there.

OTOH, you’ll never see a wild corn field. That crop does NOT exist in nature. It was genetically engineered by ancient Central Americans.

If you think this is bad just wait till the Senate passed the Food Safety Act which Georgia’s own GOP potted plant Saxby Chambliss plans to vote for.

It’s a good idea, Cowman.

The one thing I have to say for the Libtards and Feral Zombie Looting Hordes is they’re not afraid to get their hands a little dirty. They’re willing to go to jail, get beaten with sticks and make a stink for their beliefs.

Direct and Indirect Action, particularly disruptive acts of mischief are a good start.

I like Beck. I like the idea of a peaceful Tea Party movement...but our adversaries are not peaceful.

They steal our elections.

They lie about our leaders.

They lie about cause and effect.

They undermine our Consititution in our Courts and in our Legislatures.

They feed the Tyrants.

We need be fighting as hard for our Liberties as they are to destroy them, or they will eventually win.

Oh no, Magnanimous Big Brother would never do anything so cruel. Big Mother Gov has generously given them the option to sell their milk to the pasteurized milk suppliers.

Isn’t that wonderful?/SARC
