President Chastises Voters
A Semi-News/Semi-Satire from AzConservative ^ | 2 October 2010 | John Semmens

Posted on 10/04/2010 1:09:52 PM PDT by John Semmens

President Barack Obama hit the campaign trail with a stern message to Democratic voters to “not let me down come November. I’ve worked too hard to have it all come crashing down because of lack of effort from people too selfish and self-absorbed to do whatever it takes to ensure that we don’t lose momentum.”

Looking for a “silver lining,” the President suggested that “those of you who are unemployed have the opportunity to work full time on the campaign while those with jobs are tied down trying to earn a living.”

On a more positive note, the President reminded his supporters that “returning solid Democratic majorities to congress will enable us to make further progress toward redistributing the wealth that is being withheld from you by greedy corporate elites.”

Those who are unemployed can also work full time on the campaign to get the Dems out of office, stop this socialist agenda, unshackling the free market economy to making real jobs.

When an enemy is in the process of destroying himself, DO NOT INTERFERE.

Besides, it’s fun to watch.

I’ve worked too hard...

Have you ever heard a president with a worse case of "I" strain?

Heh. I would not be surprised to hear him actually say this.

It’s not really satire. Just rewording things he actually has said. I really don’t like this site.

The UUEW (Union of Un-Employed Workers) has replied to the President that they are willing to negotiate a contract. Free box lunches, free T-shirts, free air-conditioned buses for transportation and time and a half is not going to cut it. That’s good enough for a rally, Mr. President, but for serious campaign work you will have to provide dental, medical and a retirement package.
