The money is rolling right in. She’s kinda famous now, and my gut tells me that college kids would like her. There’s no Ivy League school there. University of Delaware. I don’t know much about it, but it’s a regular person school I think. I think they’d like Christine there. Christine would be able to win them over.

I think win. It just seems like it should be a win. If there aren’t wins nationally for the tea party candidates, that’s a different story. I’m assuming that we do well everywhere.

IMO, replacing Mitch McConnell with John “I Luv McCain & We Senate Republicans can still be bipartisan after Obamacare” Thune would be a step down.

McConnell has done a pretty good job holding the party together in opposing Obama. Any person that holds that job is going to come under attack around here, even DeMint.

All a 100% ACU rating means is he happened to vote the right way on 24 or so bills that came up to a vote in the past year.

I used to like John Thune but he is NO LONGER a "superior" Majority Leader candidate. Here are his own words about a great conservative, John Bolton:

“Everyone has to come to their own decision about it, and that’s the decision I have come to,” Thune said. “John Bolton is not the best man for this job.”

"The other day, Thune went on record dinging Jim DeMint for helping conservatives get elected. Thune also sided with Lisa Murkowski on her keeping her Senate seat. "

Thune gave money to support every single establishment Senate candidate. Including Crist & Murkowski. He sealed his fate then by attacking the American people. It's not Thune's job to attack voters in other states.
Thune's job is to represent the voters of South Dakota. He has no business propping up Charlie Crist or Murkowski.

Those are good reasons to rethink Thune, particularly his backing of former Republican Mircowsky, since this is a senate leadership matter, specifically. That is really unfortunate, because Thune is already in the leadership, and we all know bow the senate and seniority works. That needs to end.

You probably heard about this already, but that’s the first Christine softer bio image type ad. I’ve seen a Christine commercial on 7 out of Salisbury. Wasn’t hers, it was Senate Conservatives Fund I think. Something like that. Good solid Conservative message. Effective Ad. Makes it clear she’s the Conservative and Coons is Harry Reid’s Pet.
