The national Democratic Party depends on the 50 state Democratic Parties to certify a presidential candidates eligibility. But Hawaiis Democratic Party in 2008 refused to certify that Barack Hussein Obama was eligible for the presidency. Why are we finding out about this only now, 20 months into the Obama presidency?
Given this, does this make the national Democratic Partys certification of Obama null and void? Is there a constitutional lawyer out there who knows? Hello?

Not cropped or scanned with paper folds and the Seal of Hawaii

Hi nOOb TROLL

But it took three revisions of that document to get there. First they had to add the certificate number, then they added the seal, then they added the folds — go look at the DailyKos copy.
That's the thing with Obama he says one thing. You provide proof it's a lie. Someone misspoke. The new story is exposed as a lie, and someone misremembered . . .
His life's history is under continual evolution.
The fact is — there are no Obama facts — everything is best guess.
Better late to the party than not show up at all.

Go back to Barney Frank country.
I don’t know what he is hiding, but Obama’s own conduct confirms to me that he is desperately hiding something.
Something...
bet this statement takes its place in history: kinda like Nixon's: "I am not a crook"(?).
I think they made a law against requesting too many documents from them.
When I see this idea promulgated I imagine a football coach saying, "Let them score all they want in the first half. That way we will get to see all their plays and their strategy and we can adjust and come back in the second half. We'll really be fired up then!"
Needless to say, I don't want you coaching my team.
Live one here. Noob - check. Uses Factcheck for authority - check. Only a handful of posts, all about 0thugga’s eligibility but on the wrong side - check.
Retread - could be. I say likely.
IBTZ!
Your are comparing apples (scan - Daily Kos) and oranges (pictures -FactCheck.org) -- the same document in two different formats.
Sorry but I disagree.
Using your football analogy, I would say it is more like you found out the coach for the opposite team is an impostor, but he's calling one idiotic play after another.
You could expose him for the sham that he is, but they might accidentally replace him with someone better. My response to situation would be, “shh - let him keep doing what he's doing.”
Lov it! Plus I agree. Even if he was NOT born here we would have had to deal with extreme socialism someday, better to do it all at once, and it's NOT good to kick him out because he was not born here...his ass NEEDS to be kicked out because he is a MARXIST...
no grey area,
no birther crap mucking it up,
Marxist,
Marxist,
Marxist!
“But I have never heard one claim that he is truly a natural born citizen”
That definition (”natural born”) is where the conversation with libs seems to stop, in my experience. They seem to think that you can be natural born even if one parent is foreign. (?) Of course Snopes and other lib run sites don’t help.
First thing on the agenda first day in office, the Republican congress should subpoena Nancy Pelosi to enlighten us on the transparency of the Obama Presidential certification process.
Absofrigginglutely!!!!!!!
Problem is that people in general in today’s culture and education system don’t understand what Marxism is, and why it is a bad thing.
I was just thinking about that troll last night, wondering if he was still around, posted anything more, got zotted, or what.
Thanks, I’ll see if he’s posted anything else since then.
I say “retread”!
