PALIN POWER! Republican Tea Party candidate Christine O'Donnell wins decisive victory over entrenched liberal Republican Mike Castle
WEBTODAY (Sept. 14, 2010)-- Republican Tea Party candidate Christine O'Donnell won the GOP Primary election in the bid to win Joe Biden's old Senate.
The decisive victory was aided by Palin Power, DeMint muscle and scores of outspokenly blatant conservatives. Both Sarah Palin and Jim DeMint endorsed O'Donnell and TEA Party activists were loyal foot soldiers with very little campaign funding and not huge TV ad buys.
In short, it was payback time for Palin, playing power broker in the state of the seat of her old Veep candidate nemesis, Joe Biden.
After decades of playing RINO politics, entrenched liberal Republican Mike Castle was put into what appears to be permanent political retirement.
The final vote count appears to be about 53 to 47 percent.
But this is a constitutional, Christian, independent victory, not a Republican win, since both the national and state GOP fiercely opposed O'Donnell.
The question now is: Will the GOP back to abandon O'Donnell?
Answer: It doesn't matter. Either way it appears even liberal and moderate states have 'seen the light' and are delivering heat to their bankrupt benefactors who promised utopia and delivered debt and misery.
The GOP ruling class is pissed that they cannot hand picked the candidates for us. They had better wake up and smell the roses.
No doubt about it. She is the greatest political force in my life time.
She needs to call out Cornyn personally.
The GOP better wise up or get off the damn track!!
Hey, I wonder if Ms. Guitierrez plans to write an article about this today Palin victory:

I’m very pissed at the RNC because of all the RINOS but I have a question...would Castle in the Senate - assuming he was part of the new majority and would vote against the rats at least part of the time - have been any better than having another rat and we don’t have the majority?
Thank God the citizens of Conn. will have a real choice for once.
No...

If any of you can, it might be the time to send a bit of money to help O’Donnell. I cannot understand the GOP establishment going against the wishes of the party grass roots. The message is clear, Democrats like Crist and Castle need to run as Democrats, not Republicans.
This should also be a wake-up call to Mr. Steele. We no longer wish to compromise with those who wish to bankrupt the nation.
Maybe, maybe not.
It may be worse having a “Republican” that will give the ‘rats “bipartisan” cover.
DITTO! She’s one of God’s angels and proves it everyday.
If the GOP doesn’t wake up there will be a third party in the U.S. and it will be them.
He Voted for Cap & Trade.... All Congressmen who voted for Cap & Trade are either Traitors or simply too stupid to hold public office. All Must be Removed. No Exceptions.
What is wrong with the GOP?
If a candidate walks like a democrat, talks like a democrat, votes like a democrat but calls himself a Republican, I’m suppose to vote for him because perhaps he can win against the other democrat?
Some choice.
I wonder how many wanted to vote for O’Donnell but bought the party line that she “wasn’t electable in Deleware”.
I wonder how many wanted to vote for O’Donnell but bought the party line that she “wasn’t electable in Delaware”.
I did previously (several times), and tried tonight at the site she gave
