This comes on the heals of an earlier deal where the Export-Import Bank of the US is going to loan $2 billion to Brazil's state-owned oil company, Petrobras. This behavior underscores why Presidential approval ratings are down. Reforms from health care to banking are hurting private businesses. The fact that Obama was openly hostile to domestic energy production as a candidate and the overbearing drilling moratorium has demonstrated to many Americans that he doesn't have their best interest in mind......

No drilling in the Gulf, no drilling off Alaska’s coast,No drilling off Virginia. but we send Billions to help drilling off other’s coasts.

Somebody is crazy and it aint me.
Scimitars are curved and widen to go in at a point and slice into other areas of the body easily for maximum damage.
Roman and Wester swords are so, well, straight. How boring is that? /ridicule
Oops. SB ‘Western.’
Zero is crazy “like a fox”. His agenda obviously is to destroy us.
This would seem to be the first job as an adult that "The One" has had where he is expected to perform. Victor Hanson has an excellent article on that observation. The sad truth is that you can't talk your way out of incompetence on the worlds biggest stage, but he's trying.
Let's face the fact that "The One" prefers shoveling money to pork projects and guaranteeing loans to state owned oil conglomerates than cutting back the failed leftist ideology. That's why he has failed at putting Americans back to work.
Ohaha sends another billion to Mehico?
How many illegal votes will that buy for vote hungry Dems who have been screwed over by Ohaha’s failed policies?
He sent $2 billion to Brazil’s state oil company for off-shore exploration, too. The only off-shore exploration he doesn’t support is OURS. The man is trying to destroy our energy sector, and Ken Salazar is his assistant.
I wonder what Obama's cut of the billions is.....and where it's stashed offshore.
We lend billions to Brazil and Mexico so they can expand their oil production while”Zippy”shuts down our drilling in The Gulf,California,Alaska,etc.,etc.,.I don’t think you have to be a GENIUS to see that”Zippy”is out to DESTROY this nation’s”Private Sector”(and economy)!!!
"Obama gives 3 Billion of tax money to foreign, nationalized oil companies while putting American oil workers out of work and taxing their American employers out of existence."
Under 30 words and you could probably cut it down from there. Imagine how this would play in the Gulf states. It should actually play well everywhere, but you can't explain things to some people.
I seem to remember that George Soros had invested in that particular Petrobras venture, and it appeared to be a payoff of some sort to him as well as the Brazilians. I’ll see if I can find a link.
Found it. The confusion over the amounts involved is a result of the fact that part of the $10 billion was in loan guarantees.

The idea is to transfer America’s wealth to the third world. Period.
So you are saying he didn’t benefit from Obama’s US taxpayer donation to Petrobras?
"Trust me, Bama. You get me the money. I know what
to do with it. Democrats will be a permanent majority."

The reality of what is transpiring remains too ugly for most Americans to deal with...yet...
