Interesting, I wonder why William H Gilardy, (Obama’s mother’s lawyer)
changed his business practice from “AAL- law corporation” to “LLC -Limited Liability Company” in 2009?
Could it have something to do with his legal advice to the HDP to NOT certify Obama’s eligibility in Hawaii
as it had routinely done in all past elections?

I believe you’re right, that HDP’s laywer - Gilardy knew too much personal knowledge of Obama and his parents’ history
to allow his clients to purjure themselves on that eligibily document for the state of Hawaii !!!
So the weasel-word substitute-document that Gilardy’s clients signed in 2008,
then forced Nancy Pelosi to bite the bullet and certify herself, that Obama was eligible for office!
Gilardy knew Obama’s TRUE past because he was his mother’s divorce lawyer...

The legal stuff is all Greek to me (and I don’t know Greek like my husband does. lol). This is where I would love to see the legendary Free Republic investigative prowess kick in. The people here have amazing ability to dig out details.
What I do know is that the Ho’ohiki website has several legal cases involving Gilardy - one of which appears to be a legal malpractice case for him and his partner (Watanabe). The name Watanabe is familiar; IIRC there’s a Watanabe who was involved in an election case regarding whether a filing was received on time. But then, the names become mush in my head sometimes, and it might not have any significance either.
But if people could find whatever they can, that would be great.
I do hope and pray that I have not endangered him in any way.
