He may have been off the prompter, but he was NOT off-script. The whole idea is to get the media lap-dogs (yeah, pun intended) talking about his dog comment and the way those mean people on the right continue to disrespect him, the duly-electted president of these United States.

That way no one talks about the idiocy of throwing more money after the economic problem.

I only say what TOTUS tells me to. Except when the Ploufftter overides.

If you watch the video... It seemed like he was referring to his critics as dogs - as in street slang. His “Negro Dialect” apparently kicked in.
