Louisiana has face two major crisis in recent years. The first was hurricane Katrina handled by former President Bush. The second was the Gulf oil spill handled by current President Obama. A PPP poll (pdf) asked likely voters who they think is better at handling crisis, Obama or Bush. 54% chose President Bush. Only 33% picked President Obama.

Today is election day in Louisiana. David Vitter will be overwhelmingly re-nominated in the GOP primary.
That poll doesn’t count nearly as much as the poll that’s being taken on LA election day today. Every able-bodied conservative, and those not so able-bodied, needs to show up to cast a vote against the Democrat ticket as a referendum on BO’s Socialist agenda. No split ticket voting for “conservative” (aka “lying”) Democrats this
year.

Would like all Freepers to know that the majority of Louisiana never accepted the “Bush’s fault” over katrina line played out by the left wing media. The western part of the state was hit hard by Rita yet moved on much the way that Mississippi has.
