Whether Muslims takeover through violence or by using our freedoms against us to advance Islam, the final goal is the same. That is an America governed by Sharia Law. While the laws of America are equal for all, Sharia Law discriminates against non-Muslims, apostates, homosexuals, and women. I believe if more Americans knew what Sharia Law entailed they would take a stand against it. This will be my first installment on Sharia, and I just want it known that the laws I write about were taken from, the Reliance of the “Traveller, A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law”. The book has the stamp of approval of Al Azhar, the world’s highest learning Islamic school. This first installment shows us how non-Muslims, are treated as second-class citizens under Islamic rule.

I was just thinking people need to understand the vocab of sharia and how its imposition or adoption is absolutely antithetical to the principles of American and Western values.

I was personally recruited in my younger years to studies of Islamic jurisprudence, especially as it relates to American law. Amazing that I can even talk about this now. You have no idea how long I have not done so, although I have written and encouraged others. 9/11 even has a personal reference for me outside of 2001. This whole thing is just beyond believable from my personal perspective.

Here's a breakdown, in categories. Please feel free to post widely.

Shari'a components:

1. KORAN or QURAN

2. Transcribed Sayings of Mohammad, known as 'HADITH' (Note: these are ALL attributions).

3. FATWAS & QIYA (analogy) Legal or, religious rulings by a qadi (judge) or mullah Note: qadis are legal scholars. Imams or mullahs (depending on the Shi'i/Sunni point of view are religious. There may be other names, but the leadership is divided in many instances, unless the regional government is actually simply a question of the strong man/warlord tradition, which is extremely common in the Middle East, as we know.

4. IJMA (Reference: 'IJMA' means consensus, that is, acceptance of a matter by a specified group of people. In Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) the matter on which ijma' is of interest is understood in one of the two following ways:

--Any matter related to Shari'ah(1)

--Any matter (of interest to Muslims)(2)

The group involved in the consensus is understood in the following ways, in which an exception is made for children and those who suffer from mental disorder:

--All Muslims of all times(3)

--All Muslims of a particular time(4)"

5. SHURA or social/tribal practices of the community (umma) (Reference: "For other uses of "Shura", see Shura (disambiguation). Shura (Arabic: شورى shūrā) is an Arabic word for "consultation". It is believed to be the method by which pre-Islamic Arabian tribes selected leaders and made major decisions. (NB: See above discussion on ijma.)

Shura is mentioned twice in the Quran as a praiseworthy activity, and is a word often used in the name of parliaments in Muslim-majority countries. See Wikipedia: shura)

It would be nice however to rid ourselves of this plague before that, England lick all muslims out centuries ago and forgot history and is being plagued again. INTERESTING ONES:

Sharia never abolished slavery, sexual slavery and highly regulates it. A master will not be punished for killing his slave.

There is no age limit for marriage of girls. The marriage contract can take place anytime after birth and can be consummated at age 8 or 9.

There is no community property between husband and wife and the husband’s property does not automatically go to the wife after his death.

Homosexuality is punishable by death.

A Muslim who leaves Islam must be killed immediately.
