Treasure Island is an Island that the Oakland Bay Bridge passes over that was owned by the military but was turned back to the state along with Alameda when the last Base closings occurred. Now the greedy politicians are dividing up the spoils. I think there is just one exit each way but as with all military owned property, pretty ideal for development.

Old Navy Base On an Island in Sanfrancico Bay,You go on the Oakland Bay Bridge and Exit onto the Island,Fantastic Views of the Skyline.
If you watch Fox News and you ever see Interviews from Sanfrancico the Interviewee is seated in front of the entrance to Treasure island there is a Spire of an Office Bldg. in the lower Left and you see the Ramp coming down into Foilage over their right shoulder ,that is Treasure Island ,I was stationed there for a Short time. Fantastic Real estate
