I agree. I feel they are wanting to build this thing not out of healing as they proclaim, but to infect an already open wound. I mean, did they REEEALY think building an Islamic mosque a stone’s throw, literally- where several Americans DIED at the hands of Muslim extremists would go unnoticed? Did they think the population as a whole would support this, and wonder why it didn’t happen sooner? Of course not.
This is such an emotional topic for me. I can’t believe we’re at this point. For some silly reason, I never thought we’d (as a country) ever allow anything like this to happen.

A call to the Saudi King...undoubtedly the financier of the project, asking that news be leaked that the project is to be scrubbed because Muslims are concerned about the “negative feelings” of the American public. In other words, a ton of democrats, worried to death that the Mosque story will add to the disaster lurking in November, pressured Hussein to have his fellow Muslim and biggest foreign campaign donor cancel the project...for NOW!! Stick around though. Construction will be back on in December.
Islam has no place in America. Its sharia calls for the existing government to be supplanted and replaced.
Most people do not recognize that what happens in a mosque is sedition. Pure and simple. Islam is not just a “religion”, it is a cult, it is it’s own government, its judicial...is in its sharia, and its military (jihadis) all rolled into one with one intent ...and that is to rule wherever they take root. It is a invasive, systemic infection looking to take over the host once it has quantum.
This is not just a “religion”, but something that cloaks itself in those terms so it should not be given the same treatment contemplated under the first amendment. The Korans rules in Sharia are to consume whatever government there is wherever it goes. To supplant and replace.
