No, its not a joke and while some people might be up in arms over it, I think its some of the best news for the Tea Party agenda and its coming right from the enemy camp. Because liberals just know how to keep it classy, theyve decided their campaign against the Tea Party movement will be to launch a new logo with F*ck Tea as its catchy little slogan.
Politico writes:
"To that end, the Agenda Project, a new, progressive group with roots in New Yorks fundraising scene and a goal of strengthening the progressive movement, has launched the F*ck Tea project, which is aimed, the groups founder Erica Payne wrote in an e-mail this morning, to dismiss the tea party and promote the progressive cause.
We will be launching new products in the next several months to help people all over the country F*ck Tea, Payne told POLITICO. Products like a Glenn Beck Bowl Buddy (Beck B Scrubbin) and others are perfect holiday gifts or just a great way to say, I love you and our country to your spouse, friend or family.
Payne, a veteran consultant to progressive groups, is a co-founder of the Democracy Alliance, the low-profile group of liberal mega-donors who helped build the Center for American Progress and other new organizations that grew in the Bush years."
Seriously, this is the best you could come up with? Obviously Liberal think tanks are now run by Dumb and Dumber. The great news is, most of America will walk past that brilliant piece of art, most likely strung around an equally classy body and turn their childrens heads away with a personal look of disgust. And if they didnt have an opinion about the Tea Party before, the mere crudity and classlessness of those who so vociferously oppose it, will be all the more reason to be attracted to the movement itself.
So much for being the party of tolerance. Fail.
Payne is the author of The Practical Progressive: How to Build a 21st Century Political Movement, which Jonathan Alter of Newsweek called a blueprint for a progressive conspiracy to help save the country.
She is on the Board of Advisors of the Public Diplomacy Collaborative at the Kennedy School at Harvard University. She is also on the Board of Advisors of Health Care for American Now.
Heres the most ironic angle on this whole story: Erica Payne, a liberal-progressive, is also a regular commentator for FOX News.
You may remember Paynes odd defense of SEIU on FOX News in the aftermath of the protest at the home of a Bank of America executive counsel, during which she manipulated the story to somehow blame the Tea Parties for SEIUs despicable behavior. Pure propaganda at its best. And now we see it with her latest campaign.
The haters are upset that Americans have rejected them and are ready to do violence against the normal people here in America! SpeedoNazis.
And now we learn this: Erica Payne, the guest who was invited to appear Friday on Megyn Kelleys Fox News show and proceeded to blame the Tea Parties for the behavior of SEIU? She was co-founder of Democracy Alliance, the very organization that spawned and is a donor to Media Matters. SEIU Secretary-Treasurer Anna Burger is also the Vice-Chair of its Board.
The end is near.
Yep... they are getting desperate. But I’m so glad they are doing it.
Demonizing your opposition, especially when it’s as vocal and powerful as the “tea party” doesn’t work... and the dims haven’t figured it out yet. I hope they keep this level of hatred up for a long long time.
On the other hand, I’d rather be a tea bagger than a tea baggie. Even when it comes to name calling, the dims can’t get it right... and they think they are intelligent enough to run a nation?
Definite proof that dims are anti- Freedom.
She is the founder and principal of the Tesseract Group, a boutique consulting firm that provides strategic counsel and communications expertise to organizations, foundations and philanthropists engaged in the public policy arena. At Tesseract, Ms. Payne concentrates on a very limited group of clients often as few as one or two at a time - focusing on those organizations engaged in either a major launch or a significant transition period. She is typically retained for 1-3 years to work directly with the President or Executive Director as the organizations lead strategist to guide the group as it shapes (or re-shapes) its mission, bFrand and organizational structure. Currently, she is serving as a Senior Advisor to the Roosevelt Institute where she is focused on building a new public policy center with an early concentration in economics. In this role, Payne is working with the Institutes President and several of the countrys leading economists to build a center for the development and promotion of new ideas in financial reform and regulation, and the creation of a robust 21st century economy. The Institutes Economic Policy Initiative is led by Nobel Prize winning economist Dr. Joe Stiglitz.
In addition to these principle engagements, Ms. Payne dedicates some time to short, concentrated projects often as limited as a few hours or a couple of days. In these instances, Ms. Payne serves as a progressive SWAT team parachuting in to punch up a speech or pitch, frame a conference narrative, counsel a foundation board of directors, or shape an important presentation. Most recently, Ms. Payne worked with America Votes to develop a narrative for its re-districting conference including creating the conferences opening video.
Past clients include:
Brennan Center for Justice at New York University
Howard Gilman Foundation
Democracy Alliance
Center for Independent Media
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington
New Democrat Network
Payne is also the Founder and President of the Agenda Project, a 501c4 advocacy organization. The Agenda Project was formed to help progressives capitalize on this pivotal moment by providing substantive insight into critical public sector ideas and policies; and by offering independent analysis of the political strategies necessary to realize them. The Agenda Project is focused on furthering three objectives:

FNC radio - for all intents and purposes is liberal now - ran a story about how getting all the Tea Party candidates elected puts us ‘right where the democrats want us.’
Rats are happy, they say, to have to run against ‘nutbags’ instead of middle-of-the-roaders.
They point out the loss of RNC support and money will sink these ‘nutbags’.
This tells me the Tea Party is peeling off a significant chunk of Reagan Democrats, the way Fred Thompson did, and the rats are truly panicked now.
Pretty pickle they’re in: they put Zero in office, who then has to stay 400 miles away from any Rat campaigning for office this November. Ha ha. Well, they made their kingdom, now let them try to keep it.
That would look great on a Tea Party rally sign!
A majority of the liberals that I’ve had the misfortune to meet are a vulgar bunch.
So I asked some of the smartest people I know, from all different parts of politics — donors, organization heads, writers and other thought leaders — for their Top Picks — for the one or
two groups they think are doing the best, most interesting work and why. Al Franken,
Maureen White, Bernard Schwarz and the rest of my amazing contributors recommended
new groups and old groups with tiny niche missions and ones with multimillion dollar
national agendas. Then I called these groups and asked them to tell me a little bit about
themselves, in their own words.
You will find the results in the (unofficial) pages that follow.
I hope it helps!

Why would you f**k tea anyway? You’d burn yourself.
How about a F*ck Dem Party? Also known as November.
The left has NEVER been able to advance its agenda but by force, intimidation or thuggery. So why should this “new” tactic surprise anyone??
the obama tories don’t get it. (should we call them lobsters too? ala redcoats)
The Boston Tea Party was all about saying (explitive) tea, we will not pay your tax.
These modern day red coats should be sitting around like good little torries sipping tea and cursing coffee.
