Eric Holder is in court trying to prove that Alabama and South Carolina are backward and unenlightened because they want to treat HIV as a contagious disease.
The DoJ wants HIV infected prisoners to be desegregated and returned to the general population where they can act on their predatory urges toward other inmates.
For years many states, not controlled by liberal Democrats, have kept HIV carrying inmates in facilities with other HIV infected convicts. As far back as 1998 South Carolina started moving infected cons away from otherwise healthy inmates. As a result just one single case of HIV has surfaced among the South Carolina’s non-infected prison population since then.
Whose civil rights is Holder protecting?
Holder’s madness completely casts aside the fact that the rate of AIDS infections in our prisons is six times that of the country in general.
These are the statistics involving prison rapes. ….data on prison rape indicates 2.1% of inmates have been victimized by other inmates. In a small number of prisons the number exceeds 9%.
The prison populations in Alabama is 25,887 and in South Carolina is 22,964. These numbers point to … almost 1000 inmate rapes in these two prison systems each year. This high rate of AIDS among prisoners is reason enough for these states to continue keeping infected inmates away from the rest of their prison populations.

One problem is that some of them will eventually get out of prison, and spread the disease to more and more populations.

Seeing that Obama is gay, he is probably looking out for his own. You see there is a behavior in the homosexual community called “Bug Chasers” They intentionally seek or intentionally infect people with HIV. It adds to the thrill apparently. I am sure Obama and Holder are wanting to look out for criminals sexual gratification.

HIV positive people are going to become the new protected group. A while back the Philly Inquirer reported on a contract that specified a certain percentage of hires had to be HIV+.
An HIV infection is way outside what I would consider just payment for most crime. Holder should put his a#$ where his mouth is.
