Today marks the 17th anniversary of Clinton White House Deputy Counsel Vincent Foster's death. Although ruled a "suicide" by official Washington since 1995, all credible forensic evidence in the case - circumstantial, physical, and laboratory - points to a homicide and a multi-pronged cover-up to shield the homicide's perpetrators from objective criminal investigation, indictment, and prosecution. As Newt Gingrich once noted to a reporter, you wold have to be brain dead to believe the official story.
The general conclusion one can draw from the historical facts at hand is that in the United States legal system today - contrary to President Theodore Roosevelt's famous maxim that "no man is above the law" - there are individuals, those involved in Foster's death, who have proven that certain political position and/or connections can enable one to literally get away with murder.
So it's appropriate today to throw the subject out to FReepers again for a new discussion of possible suspects in the murder of Vince Foster, the MO, and the cover-up of that crime.

The MSM investigated those cases about as much as they did Baraq’s background in 2008.
They did more investigation of Joe the Plumber in 24 hours than they did of the Clintons and Baraq in 20 years.
I don't think that Vince fathered Chelsea. I'm fairly much convinced, though, that Vince and Hillary did have an affair at one time, as Arkansas state police have stated.
Disagree. Edward Klein's book, The Truth about Hillary, relates a story from a close male friend of Bill Clinton. Clinton had boasted to the friend about how he had "raped" Hillary while on vacation in the Caribbean at a time nine months or so before Chelsea's birth. The friend certainly believes beyond any doubt that WJC is the biological father.
Now, even if we agreed for the sake of argument that Hubbell was the biological father, how would that relate to the murder of Foster?
As for the Park Police, it is very possible that the body was dumped on a property within their jurisdiction by calculated plan. The Park Police aren't too well schooled in homicide investigations.
Incidentally, nearly eight years later, Chandra Levy was killed and her body was also found in a location under the jurisdiction of the Park Police, but in that case, investigation was done by the DC police.
Hard to explain why the Park Police was the lead agency on the Foster case and not on the Levy case.

No soil or grass stains on his shoes, which makes it impossible that he walked from his car (found in the small Ft. Marcy Park parking lot) to the place where the body was found. He died somewhere else, almost surely indoors where no one outside the cabal would notice anything unusual going on.
Yes, he knew where a lot of skeletons were buried, as they say, and was considered a risk to spill some beans, for whatever reason.

Improbable? Not necessarily so, I did lay out a few known facts which do lend support to the theory, in my reply.
Vince Foster was clinton’s bag man. One of his jobs was to carry cash from clinton’s cut of the drug business over to Switzerland in a diplomatic pouch for deposit in numbered accounts. He also was involved in some of clinton’s other shady activities.
Vince Foster's relationship with the Clinton family was not centered around Bill, but around Hilary. Both were in the Rose law firm, and the shenanigans Foster was involved with started, and likely ended, there. Was he a "bag man"? Sure but he was likely toting his own, and Hilary's cash more than Bill's. I repeat, both Hilary, and Vince Foster were, at the time of his death, under surveillance by intelligence services, both foreign, and domestic regarding activities vis-a-vis Mossad. This is a fact, not supposition.
Also facts are the abrupt turnaround in relation to 'Palestinian Statehood', to the point of sickeningly playing kissy-face with Yasser Arafat, a sudden 'fast-track' for Saudi nationals to enter this country, with only token oversight as to the natures, and possible intent of these Saudis. Add to that the abrupt appearance of Huma whatshername, when Hilary became a possible Presidential candidate, and things start to take on a new dimension.
I've always had a small problem with the idea that either Bill or Hilary had Foster killed, and it's this...
If either of them knew that Foster was going to be killed, why was the coverup so laughably "amateur hour"? Anyone with two functioning brain cells could see that they were caught completely flat-footed by this, by the way they attempted to recover from it. Argues against either of them ordering, or being directly involved with a hit...

If that were the case, then why didn't the body movers move the implement of suicide, gun, poison, whatever, to FMP along with the body?
It's useful to remember the words of the Great Webster Hubbell, "It wasn't suicide. It couldn't have been." He said this from Washington, DC, the same night the body was found to Phillip Carrol, godfather to Foster's children, who was in Little Rock. (This according to an article in Esquire Magazine, which neither Hubbell nor Carrol has contradicted.)
