This is my son's group. If you look at picture 8, he is the one on your left hand side with the "birth control glasses" (So-called because no one ever gets lucky wearing them. LOL) towards the back joining the prayer circle. These guys are all his buddies. It was great seeing this.

Terrific story of guys protecting us far away from home. The wrestling was a natural stress reliever before the away game.
It was really good to see our guys relaxing, yet ready, and obviously well equipped for the possible dangers ahead.
Makes me want to drop 40 pounds, 40 years, and join up.

Oh yeah, this mama is proud. I am also excited. I get to see him tomorrow! He is here for his R&R for a couple of weeks. I can’t wait to hug him!

Oh that’s wonderful!! I won’t get to see my son until November, which is when his unit comes home from Iraq. I have two in the army. The other one is in Germany.
