With drugs being a huge problem in the black community ..I was extremely shocked this morning to see that George Soro’s and wrangled up the California NAACP in support of legalization of pot.

They are those that don't want to learn and those that don't want to work. What do you expect?
Solution: Teach them to pull their damn pants up, adopt a culture of education, work ethic, success, respect and peace. Throw away the culture of the thug life, the gangbanging, drugs and being a player. Respect family. Respect marriage. Be a good parent. Study hard. Don't have kids until you are economically ready to provide for them. Don't look for a handout. Take responsibility for your future, your home, your car, your kids and your actions. Keep a clean home, clean street, clean clothes, clean appearance. Be a leader. MAKE YOURSELF A ROLL MODEL! Show and teach others success. This goes for every person regardless of race or gender. This is how this world works.
In Chicago when a kid walks down the street that wants to study hard and not join the thug life they murder him. Until this culture is changed no amount of money for teachers or schools is going to make a damn bit of difference. Change the culture of destruction. Change from within and you will see a real change that is not dependent upon anyone in office.

When is the black community going to stop voting for people based on their skin color? What is it about the black community that makes them so racist? I guess they would rather cut their nose off just to spite their face.

What is equally disturbing is that we have an entire generation or even two of black males that don’t know how to work, even if there were jobs. When you have spent most of your life not working or working hit or miss, when the decent forty hour a week job that comes that may require work on holidays, weekends, nights or overtime, they turn it down alot.
Work ethic is in a great part handed down to us by our parents, IMHO.
