90 min Landon Donovan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was meant to be!
The tension on the field was exceeding the one in the White House today where the future of General McChrystal and the fate of the Afghan War were decided.
One of the most attractive games in the World Cup so far shot were flying left and right, hitting occasional crossbar and putting the goalkeepers to test. In the first half of the game Team USA had more shots toward the Algerian target than for the whole match with England.
On the soccer field USA and the Arabs managed to go through the 90 minutes mostly peacefully. After 0:0 in the regular time Team USA went for the nuclear option: Landon Donovan was it! A true American hero!
Middle East ceased fire for two hours to find out how the men of the USA and Algeria are going to fight it out. The American Forces network broadcast the game all over the world for our military deployed abroad. This victory is for you!

And top their group !
Incoming apology from Barack Obama for shooting the goal against the poor innocent Algerian football team in five...
All I have to decide is whether to stop by the emergency room before or after visiting the bar. I think I broke my ankle jumping off the kitchen counter.
What group is that?
I hope Clinton explained to the FIFA boss what will happen to him if they disallow one more American goal!
lol....I courageously swapped-out a sketchy motherboard this morning. Even though that's my job, I guess I'm "a true American hero!"
Group C.
That was a terrible call. I think the refs are out against the United States. Probably have bets riding on teams.
Group C which included England. I think they now play the teamm that comes in second in Group D.
Does your motherboard move at 85-90mph?
Group C. England, Algeria, USA and Slovenia. This is very important, as they will likely avoid having to play Germany in the next round. If USA can win that game, they will play the winner of Uruguay-South Korea in the Quarter-finals. Much easier than having to face Germany and then likely Argentina. The Semi-finals will be difficult on either side of the draw, but the USA has a much better chance to get to that game by finishing first in Group C.
US will play the 2nd place team from Group D which could be the Kofi Annans (Ghana), the Krauts or Serbs this Saturday.
Does a soccer-ball have a 700 watt power supply?
No. Keeps people from being too stupid to unplug it.
lol...once again you’re intentionally missing the point.
Once again? You have a point?
LOL. Good ridicule of the article’s hyperbolic misuse of the term “hero”.

People like Rick Rescorla are courageous American heroes.
