This is the problem with his management inexperience:
Rather than challenge his people he is looking for someone to throw under the bus. Thus only the most inexperienced back bench people on his staff would want to get involved.

The speech was stilted, choppy and there was insufficient segue from disaster response to cap and tax campaigning. It was a truly BAD speech and O’bummer looked nervous from the get-go. Where’s the brilliance??????????? Where’s the “ONE”????????????

I don’t care who wrote Obama’s speech.He could have had Ronald Reagan’s speech writer create it wouldn’t have mattered.Obama has a very poor delivery style thats like fingernails on a chalk board.Just lousy.It makes you want to turn the Sound off.

Ugh, I couldn’t finish it. But I did get far enough to note that he’s still blaming the previous administration.
Uh, no, a$$wipe. 40 CFR 300 (EPA regs) is the emergency response plan which gives the Feds authority to do whatever they need to if any US land, water or interests therein are threatened by things like, oh, oil spills, for one. What a nincompoop.

I know what you mean... I decided to never listen to any Obama speech, and so, never have. I don't think I could have taken it ... LOL ...
So, all I do is look at the text, and sometimes, I have to tackle the text in several different sessions... because it's difficult to get through it in one sitting ... you just can't stand reading it ... hoo-boy!
