Not only does that go without saying, but I am always amazed when I read posts equating the two, and making the assumption that Plugs is just as bad as Zero. If Plugs had to take the reins, he wouldn't be much worse than McCain. Of course, he'd still have his kapo henchmen around him, but it would be a step in the right direction if the usurper got usurped.
