The former Honolulu elections clerk who says President Obama was "definitely" not born in Hawaii and has no birth certificate from any hospital in the Aloha State says he's willing to testify in court to those facts.
"The things I've said, I don't mind testifying in court," Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.
"I was working there, and this is what it was. I'm not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors."

Hearsay won’t cut it in court.
Official government records are not heresay.
Nor is the fact that Barack Hussein Obama can’t produce a document stating that he was born anywhere in the United States. But the BC is a smoke screen as BHO is a foreigner with no US Citizenship.
When born he was under ‘no’ US jurisdiction as required by Title 8 and the 14th Amendment.

The words “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” the court held, mean “not merely subjct in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction, and owing them direct and immediate allegiange.” Most Indians could not meet the test. “Indians born within the territorial limits of the United States, members of, and owing immediate allegiance to, one of the Indian Tribes, (an alien through dependent power,) although in a geographical sense born in the United States, are no more ‘born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,’*** then the children of subjects of any foreign government born within the domain of that government ***. Id. at 102.
It continues that Congress eventually passed legislation with the ‘Allotment Act of 1887, that conferred citizenship on many Indians.
The fact remains, the Court held, complete and sole Jurisdiction. As I have held that being born anywhere in the United States, jurisdiction is required, sole and complete, and Barack Hussein Obama was already claimed by British jurisdiction under the British Nationailty Act of 1948, and as such fails the United states Constitutional requirement of a Natural Born Citizen.

There is two ways to remove obama :
1. Voiding his election, this applies to a public employee(yes,obama is a public employee) . If obama is found to never have been ineligible to be President,then his election can be voided, he never ran for office, never chose biden , never made a appointment etc., never was the President. In this case McCain would be the legal President of the United States.
2. obama resigns, then biden becomes President.
If it looks like obama is going down for being ineligible , them you can bet that the “party “ will force him to resign, to make biden the President. They would never let it get to court and give the office of the President to McCain.

Biden’s selection as a candidate was technically by the Democratic National Convention, not by Obama personally. Biden has no constitutional problem. He was elected distinctly by the electors who were duly chosen by halfwit voters on election day 2008.

What happened to “he won get over it”? I dare Al Green to show the world his long form birth certificate showing he is over 30 years old and an American Citizen thus eligible unlike Obie.
Tim Adams should do what Blago did — get on TV as much as possible, so the public knows your face, so Omoslem and the Chicago Machine cannot kill you.
Blago seemed like a crazy fruitcake with all his ridiculous TV appearances. But he’s crazy like a fox. Before Blago did all that TV, he might’ve “had an accident.”
But you cannot murder Blago now, dirty Omoslem. You cannot make Blago “overdose on aspirin” or “have an accident.”
This proves Blago’s brilliance. He insured himself against murder, permanently.
How many times does this need to be said?
Rush, Beck, Hannity, etc. are NOT covering this because they KNOW we do not have the manpower to fight the election fight and the birth certificate fight fronts simultaneously. They are right. They also know he is Kenyan, but AFTER the election that fight can be fought to discredit Obama and how he’ll use the veto. WE DON’T have the resources to distract now. The democrats and Obama and the ACORN, Census and other tactics will be used heavily to cheat in this election. That’s a fact.
And he can’t claim that Blago committed suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head.
