The former Honolulu elections clerk who says President Obama was "definitely" not born in Hawaii and has no birth certificate from any hospital in the Aloha State says he's willing to testify in court to those facts.
"The things I've said, I don't mind testifying in court," Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.
"I was working there, and this is what it was. I'm not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors."

No government official in Hawaii has ever confirmed that Obama has a long-form birth certificate with his birthplace as Hawaii.
Yeah, but in the minds of most Americans whove even given this issue the time of day
what they remember is the Republican governor verifying that Obama was born in Hawaii, EVEN IF thats not what she said exactly

No government official in Hawaii has ever confirmed that Obama has a long-form birth certificate with his birthplace as Hawaii.
what have they confirmed exactly?
and if there is no long-form, as Mr. Adams suggests, then what can they confirm?
(its true I do not pay attention to this issue 24/7 which is why I have so many questions)
If Media Matters is covering this, you know theyre worried.
Desperation: WND touts birther claim made on pro-white program at white supremacist conference

(Hopefully Mr. Adams will understand now what its like being called a racist and a hater.)
Adams says more
http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2010/06/adams-says-more/
Adams is now trying to distance himself from the white supremacists hosts of the radio show.
However, in neither of these, nor in his interview with WorldNetDaily, does Adams say what he saw or failed to see, and what he based his opinion on.
If he actually claimed to have queried any of those federal databases about Obama, he would be admitting to a federal crime (Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1030(a)(2)(B) and 1030(c)(2)(A)) and could face up to a year in prison and a $10,000 fine.

So the usual suspects will paint Mr. Adams as a white-supremacist criminal.
Nothing. If you check, I said, Definitely "on the record". But it's different, and of more import, than a session of Congress, because of their Parlimentary system and the fact that a minister is both an MP and a member of the Government.
BTW, I've got a copy of that "record" on my hard drive. :)
Hosptials generally do not keep birth records for 40 years. That is why states and counties have registrars. If you go to the hopstial in which you were born, and you ask for your birth certificate, they'll send you to the county registrar.
Once again I ask for your explanation as to why the long form birth certificate has not been released.
Two reasons. 1) It is not necessary to prove he was born in Hawaii; the short form suffices. 2) By not releasing it, he is encouraging the birther conspiracy movement, which gives him an opportunity to claim that his opposition is insane.
I also have copies of it.
My point was simple and not confrontational.
What makes the Kenyan government believeable in their remarks, and Obama not.
The fact that no hospital in the United States including Hawaii is willing to corroborate that the person known as Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro was born in their facility, let alone that no doctor or witness has done the same is telling, nor has any valid and authentic Certificate of Live Birth been released with Obama’s vital stastics.
Only a foreign government has stepped forward and claimed Barack Hussein Obama as one of their own.
That they will not confirm it.
Thank you, Polarik.

Hawaii Election Clerk Says Obama Not Born Here ~~
Tim Adams made his claim on a PRO-WHITE radio show hosted by a man named James Edwards during a broadcast from the Council for Conservative Citizens (the CCC that got Tom DeLay in trouble).
The Council states on its on web site that members oppose all efforts to mix the races of mankind to promote non-white races over the European American and to force the integration of the races.
You are quoting White Supremacists about a Black President?
WTG, WND.
Olbermann
(Again Tim Adams is called a White Supremacist.)
Of course, Media Matters is referring to the interviewer, NOT the interviewee Tim Adams
BTW Tim Adams is NOT a White nationalist

White nationalist: I was working in cooperation with WorldNetDaily, which gave me huge national exposure
