The former Honolulu elections clerk who says President Obama was "definitely" not born in Hawaii and has no birth certificate from any hospital in the Aloha State says he's willing to testify in court to those facts.
"The things I've said, I don't mind testifying in court," Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.
"I was working there, and this is what it was. I'm not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors."

Maybe your curiosity should have caused you to actually read the article. Tim Addams was not simply an “elections clerk”, he was supervisor with 50 or 60 subordinates. He had access to resources unavailable to the general public.
“Adams oversaw a group of 50 to 60 employees and was responsible for verifying the identity of voters, especially absentee voters.”
Okay. And that proves he had access to state vital records how?
I don’t know, but Blago accomplished it. He appeared on Letterman, talk shows, reality shows, even absurd places like cooking shows.
Blago went “tabloid” and it worked to raise his public profile so Omoslem couldn’t kill him or promise to kill him.
This guy/gal is like a liberal who would never oppose a tax increase or bigger government spending!!!

It's not really difficult to prove a negative regarding where Obama was born.
A LIST of people born in Hawaii at and around the same time Obama should be available. Public records.
IF Obama is NOT on the List of Hawaiian Births, then he wasn't born there. See?

This article contradicts your firmly held belief that Obama is a natural born citizen born in Hawaii and I am sorry that you find this offensive. Please give us a valid reason if the original long form document exists... why this controversy hasn't been put to rest by simply producing it.

I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].”
At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.
“They told us, ‘We don't have a birth certificate for him,’” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man's birth.”
But if the list is no longer "available" then we have to draw our own conclusions...duh.
I am hoping AFTER Obama is drawing POTUS retirement and benefits, we will finally have proof of Obama's birth place. And if it's shown he was never eligible to be POTUS, Congress will strip him of his life time pension, etc.
I can dream :)
Note that Hawaii's vital records aren't on the list.

Given that he wasn't working for the HDOH, he didn't have a birth record for anyone.

That is simply not true. There was exactly ONE article by a mainstream news source (UPI) that reported Queens as the hospital of birth. UPI later corrected it and stated that it was an error by the writer.

Well of course they don't! Hospitals don't keep birth certificates! Duh.

And what makes you think they possess such a document for anyone? And even if they did, privacy laws prohibit them from disclosing patient recrods to anyone.

I submitted affidavits to just about every eligibility lawyer there was, beginning on August 22, 2008 with Phil Berg, followed by Taitz, Keyes, Kerschner, Thomas, Kreep, Apuzzo, and Hollander.
BTW, I've already said a dozen times that Hawaii has no long-form birth certificate for Obama showing his birthplace as Hawaii.
Guess I should have also said I was a Hawaii elections official.

Name calling and personal attacks are an admission that you are losing an argument. I am surprised that the moderators have been putting up with your repeated name calling and ridicule against the other people posting here. If one goes through your comments on this thread and the other threads on this subject they will find that your nastiness is unrivaled while your command of the relevant facts is nearly nonexistent.
Each of your point by point statements are completely meaningless, completely inaccurate, completely misleading or most likely have a combination each of these attributes. For example your statement, “Well of course they don't! Hospitals don't keep birth certificates! Duh.” is a perfect example. Hospitals keep birth records, most hospitals also keep what are known as hospital birth certificates. Technically you can argue that a hospital birth certificate is not your birth certificate. Your intent here however was to ridicule and mislead.
You need to look at what it is you are trying to accomplish here with your negative vitriol. I have read through many of your posts on this and other threads. You contribute only nastiness and share nothing of value. You have been flying under the radar only because you have nothing meaningful to contribute so most people are merely ignoring you. If you keep up this pattern you will eventually be banned. Your writing style has so much in common with others who have been banned in the past that I feel like I know you.

It's much easier and more efficient to put a burglar at a crime scene through evidence: fingerprints, DNA, photos, property left, etc. It would be much easier to produce ONE verifiable, unimpeachable document saying that Ø WAS born in a specific location.
He definitely needs to stay away from Pele, the Volcano goddess of Mauna Loa. The main volcano may not have erupted since 1984, but the smaller one, Kilauea has been continuously erupting since '83.
Actually it is different. Because Kenya has a parliamentary system, Government Ministers are also members of Parliament. Thus he was speaking as both an MP and member of "the Government". So it's more akin to the director of the INS testifying before Congress. But not exactly. Still definitely "on the record". And no one challenged or corrected the statement at the time or soon afterwards, as far as I know.

But from all accounts, including one from my daughter who met and had lunch with him and his son, don't know which one, many moons ago, he's not a bad fellow. What is confusing about ‘On the Record’ to you.
The official government record of the session held, has stated by various members the birth of Barack Hussein Obama. The son of the soil of Kenya.
No one has to correct, what is the truth.
As I have maintained ‘IF’ there was a valid and authentic Birth Certificate for Barack Hussein Obama in Hawaii, that would have been produced long ago.
