White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is fond of saying, "You don’t ever want a crisis to go to waste; it’s an opportunity to do important things that you would otherwise avoid.” Well, the Obama Administration certainly has not let the British Petroleum (BP) Deepwater Horizon oil rig crisis go to waste, using it as a smokescreen to silently assault and further diminish American citizens' personal freedom.
While the nation has its eyes and ears focused on the BP spill blame game ping-pong match between President Obama and BP top brass, President Obama on Thursday, June 10, quietly announced a new Executive Order establishing the "National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council."
Claiming the "authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America," President Obama has truly gone off the deep end this time in his most atrocious attempt to date to control every aspect of Americans' lives.
According to Sec. 5. of the Executive Order that details the President's "National Prevention and Health Promotion Strategy," the Council will be charged with carrying out "lifestyle behavior modification" among American citizens that do not exhibit "healthy behavior."

This mandate is a waste of time. They’ve already instituted a much more effective lifestyle behavior modification - Obamacare. It’s a great incentive to get healthy.

I’ve been pondering whether or not to pursue something I find a little disturbing on the doctor bill from my most recent check-up.
There’s a line on the bill labeled “smoking cessation” with a $23 charge. Our conversation about smoking “Doc: You still smoke?” Me: “Yeah, but I’ve cut down a lot by using an electronic cigarette.” That’s it. No other conversation about smoking.
My concern is this: Is this a way to label me on the record that I’m a smoker to justify denial of services in the future? I’m reluctant to pursue the matter because I don’t want to sound like a conspiracy nut. However, I’m thinking about calling Medicare.
What if I like being sedentary and don’t choose to exercise? Will I be declared “crazy” and in need of mental health care? I suppose if I resist I’ll go to a re-education “camp”

I think I’ll take up smoking again, until this treasonous fraud of a “President” is out of office.
It looks more like create a bunch more government jobs for Obama and democrat voters. Busy work.
Thats the main reason why whenever I go to any kind of medical professional, I answer NO when they ask about smoking. I know the anti smokers will tell me “but but but they can SMELL you smoke!!!!” but ya know what.. I never ONCE have been questioned about it.
