February 23, Gibbs:I was traveling for a couple of days, as you know. I have seen some stuff that he said, but I have not looked into this.
March 11, Gibbs:I dont have anything additional on that.
May, 27, President Obama:There will be an official response shortly on the Sestak issue, which I hope will answer your questions. May 28, MEMORANDUM FROM ROBERT F. BAUER: White House staff did not discuss these options with Congressman Sestak. The White House Chief of Staff enlisted the support of former President Clinton who agreed to raise with Congressman Sestak options of service on a Presidential or other Senior Executive Branch Advisory Board. Congressman Sestak declined the suggested alternatives, remaining committed to his Senate candidacy.

notice how it was an ADVISORY position (that’s NOT a HIGH office like Secy of the Navy)!! These people are CRIMINALS.
Sestak specifically said he was offered a JOB - not a some bs unpaid, advisory position.
A JOB implies that he would be compensated, does it not?
what a bunch of crap. This will return to haunt Obama in the near future.. The Clintons never do anything for anyone but themselves.
DUH!! YES!!! An UNPAID advisory position! HAHAHAHAHHAH!!
Barry needed Arlen MacSpecter’s votes ,and needed him to change parties.
Who knows what Arlen demanded to make the switch?
It took them 4 months to answer a question. 6 months to pick a dog. This administration is SLOW!
Good grief. This entire scenario isn’t logical. If this was the case, Gibbs could have just said it.
And it’s taken YEARS to prove he was born in the US !
“Hey Congressman Sestak, Bill Clinton here. I (not Obama or any of the White House staff) really think you should give up your high paying job as a Congressman and instead of running for Senate, why don’t ya’ll serve on some advisory council as an unpaid member?” I am sure that is exactly what happened, what sane person wouldn’t want to give up both the $185,000 a year Congressman salary and a shot for a Senate seat in order to get some unpaid position on a no-name advisory council? That makes perfect sense to me.
If it took the White House 6 months to come up with this lame of a story, the truth must be pretty damning.
Good thing Obama and Clinton got together first so they could correlate their lies. Wonder what it costs Obama?
Clinton won’t take this lying down. This is going to be into a p***ing contest. Who can walk the finest line between unethical and criminal actions? My bet is Clinton. He doesn’t have the nickname Slick for no reason.
I think Obama will be a one term President, to give Hillary a chance at it one more time.. before mother time takes over, I have called sestaks office several times and blasted their office... what a disgrace...Media PA, 19063 is the zip use the toll free line to congress 877 851 6437
ping for the link and sheer entertainment value. Popcorn up!
This sure doesn’t pass the smell test - no surprising given that the ‘rats are involved - especially that Big Rat Clinton.
