The United Nations declared the week of May 10-16 to be the “Global Week of Action against Gun Violence.”
According to the UN, guns destroy personal freedom:
Governments have a responsibility to ensure public safety, and a vested interest in providing human security and an environment conducive to development to their citizens. However, the excessive accumulation and universal availability of small arms negatively impact on security, human rights and social and economic development in many parts of the world.
The UN seeks a “comprehensive, legally binding instrument establishing common international standards for the import, export and transfer of conventional arms.”....

I won’t have a gun in my house that won’t shoot a tighter pattern than the size of a blue helmet at two-hundred yards. I even have 9MM carbines which will make those shots, with practice.
Just remember, there may be no bag limit, but please don't harvest your game out of season.
I don’t recall that the citizens of the US have EVER given their consent to be governed by the UN.
As a TRUE sportsman and hunter I would NEVER poach an out of season trophy.

Any enterprising governor in any state could adopt the second ammendment's truer meaning and witness crime dropping to levels below that which those who collect such stats would suggest it even exists (approaches zero).
"Shall not be infringed" is what the 2A states- what we have are infringements out the ying-yang by states who demonstrate their disregard for the supremacy of the BOR, and getting away with it. Not much longer, though.
The social meltdown envisioned by Der Leader and his minions will be countered by Americans who will hold (cling) to values foreign to this regime. As State's budgets crumble and services are denied more will be looking for the Fed to "bail" them out- but they're already tapped out.
Lawlessness that may follow will precede the changes in our 'collective' perception of the value of guns. If nothing else, perhaps this will forever change our perception of the judges and politicians who have whole-heartedly denounced the value of the 2A. I wouldn't pass on the opportunity to shove a Rice Cookie in the mouth of a La Razan just to shut him up- tell him China sends it's best.
The first Blue Helmet I see on United States soil will be shot straight through the brain bucket with a U.S. Rifle, Caliber .30, M1!
