I would normal say kneepad city but in this case, I know better
LOL!! Yep! But I refuse to make references to a "Wise Lesbina" here.
From The PatrotPost.US.com:
In her thesis, Kagan lamented the fact that free enterprise overcame socialism and concluded, “A coherent socialist movement is nowhere to be found in the United States to speak of a golden past than of a golden future, of capitalism’s glories than of socialism’s greatness.”
“Why, in a society by no means perfect, has a radical party never attained the status of a major political force?” wondered Kagan. “Why, in particular, did the socialist movement never become an alternative to the nation’s established parties? Through its own internal feuding, then, the SP [Socialist Party] exhausted itself...”

Ah, yes, the “hope and change” necessary for Obama to make good on his promise to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.”
Just as Obama was mentored by Marxists, Kagan has been steeped in socialist doctrine, and is no doubt rejoicing in the resurgence of socialism in the U.S. under the leadership of Obama and his water boys in the legislative and judicial branches.
As for her qualifications for a seat on the Supreme Court, Obama insists that Kagan “is an acclaimed legal scholar with a rich understanding of constitutional law.”
In fact, she has exactly no judicial experience and very limited litigation experience. Legal authority Ken Klukowski writes that Kagan is an ideal nominee for Obama: “She’s a liberal without a paper trail.”

Google hides Obama’s Social Security Number story

right about the time he began campaigning for President
Since none of the USA voters can ascertain exactly what NObama’s school history is-——
How can we trust his assessment of this person??
If one stands back & takes a longer look at the NObama administration, it looks more & more like the KING has given all the power outside of what he is holding to all of his sychophants & loudest cheerleaders.
Not too different from Roman times.
NObama has already proven that he can fiddle while the country burns.

PROFILE: ELENA KAGAN
As an undergraduate at Princeton, Kagan wrote a senior thesis titled
"To the Final Conflict: Socialism in New York City, 1900-1933."
In the "Acknowledgments" section of her work, she specifically thanked her brother Marc, whose involvement in radical causes led me to explore the history of American radicalism in the hope of clarifying my own political ideas. In the body of the thesis, Kagan wrote:
"In our own times, a coherent socialist movement is nowhere to be found in the United States. Americans are more likely to speak of a golden past than of a golden future, of capitalisms glories than of socialisms greatness. Conformity overrides dissent; the desire to conserve has overwhelmed the urge to alter. Such a state of affairs cries out for explanation. Why, in a society by no means perfect, has a radical party never attained the status of a major political force? Why, in particular, did the socialist movement never become an alternative to the nations established parties?...
"Through its own internal feuding, then, the SP [Socialist Party] exhausted itself forever and further reduced labor radicalism in New York to the position of marginality and insignificance from which it has never recovered. The story is a sad but also a chastening one for those who, more than half a century after socialisms decline, still wish to change America. Radicals have often succumbed to the devastating bane of sectarianism; it is easier, after all, to fight ones fellows than it is to battle an entrenched and powerful foe. Yet if the history of Local New York shows anything, it is that American radicals cannot afford to become their own worst enemies. In unity lies their only hope."Lots more on Kagan here:

In addition to attacking the First Amendment, Obamas nominee for the Supreme Court also argued against the Second Amendment.
Im not sympathetic, to the Second Amendment, said Kagan.
In 1987 as a U.S. Supreme Court law clerk, Elena Kagan said she was not sympathetic toward a man who contended that his constitutional rights were violated when he was convicted for carrying an unlicensed pistol, according to Bloomberg.
The man argued the District of Columbias firearms statutes violate his constitutional right to keep and bear arms, Kagan wrote. Im not sympathetic.
Kagan believes the state has the right to impose restrictive gun laws and she disagrees with the language of the Second Amendment.
Kagan told lawmakers last year when she was the nominee for solicitor general that she accepted the 5-4 decision in District of Columbia v. Heller as a precedent of the court. There is no question, after Heller, that the Second Amendment guarantees individuals the right to keep and bear arms, she said.
Kagan, however, added that the Constitution provides strong although not unlimited protection against governmental regulation, thus leaving the door open for future regulation.
In answers to written questions by Patrick Leahy submitted in February of 2009, Kagan said: Like other nominees to the Solicitor General position, I have refrained from providing my personal opinions of constitutional law (except in areas where I previously have stated opinions), both because those opinions will play no part in my official decisions and because such statements of opinion might be used to undermine the interests of the United States in litigation.
Photoshop a mustache on her and she looks like Paul Blart (Kevin James). No offense to Mr. James intended.
Another pinko. Gee Obambi must not know. We were told that “Van Jones” and the Che flags in his Houston campaign office were “flukes”.
I have yet to hear any media, Fox included, mention her socialist views. Why?
She does NOT belong on the court. Period. End of story!

Obama Espoused Radical Views in College [advocated revolution]

Dr. John C. Drew, a grant writing consultant in Laguna Niguel, Calif., tells Newsmax he met Obama in 1980 when Obama was a sophomore at Occidental College in Los Angeles. Drew had just graduated from Occidental and was attending graduate school at Cornell University.
During Christmas break, Drew says he was at Grauman-Boss home in Palo Alto when Obama came over with Mohammed Hasan Chandoo, his roommate from Pakistan.
Barack [Obama] and Hasan showed up at the house in a BMW, and then we went to a restaurant together, Drew says. We had a nice meal, and then we came back to the house and smoked cigarettes and drank and argued politics.
For the next several hours, they discussed Marxism.
He [Obama] was arguing a straightforward Marxist-Leninist class-struggle point of view, which anticipated that there would be a revolution of the working class, led by revolutionaries, who would overthrow the capitalist system and institute a new socialist government that would redistribute the wealth, says Drew, who says he himself was then a Marxist.
The idea was basically that wealthy people were exploiting others, Drew says. That this was the secret of their wealth, that they werent paying others enough for their work, and they were using and taking advantage of other people. He was convinced that a revolution would take place, and it would be a good thing.
Drew concluded that Obama thought of himself as part of an intelligent, radical vanguard that was leading the way towards this revolution and towards this new society. ..."
Referring to Obamas quote from Dreams of My Father that he associated with Marxist professors, Drew says, What hes not saying is that he was in 100 percent total agreement with those Marxist professors. When you understand that, Obamas later associations and policies make more sense, including why he was taken in by Rev. Wrights ideology.
He was convinced that a revolution would take place, and it would be a good thing.

He should be careful what he wishes for because if one ever does take place, he better run for the hills. I would venture to guess he doesn’t wish for one now. No way does he want to give up his new lifestyle. After all MO said it was cool not having to do laundry, cook, go to the grocery store, and having all those ... “servants”. Yep, she likes her servants that do everything for her. Pigs, both of them. Elitist pinko pigs.
There's no need for one now. They've achieved what they wanted without firing a shot.
Sucky sucky
FOX is a liberl news outlet that likes to pay some lip service to conservatism.
Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity have their own platforms and are hardly liberals, yet I have heard nothing from them regarding Kagan’s socialist views.
