Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy’s comments on the confirmation of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court. Seems he and barry find the birth certificate issue comical. If you aren’t aware Leahy was the one behind the Senate Resolution declaring Sen McCain a NBC.

And the traitors’ jokes just keep coming!
It appears to me that the “birth certificate” thingy is on Leaky Leahy’s mind. I believe that he and the others involved in the misprision of treason and the fraudulent election of Barack Obama for POTUS are getting nervous. They are grasping at straws to ridicule and marginalize those of us who have legimate questions about the Constitutional eligibility of Obama.
Why would they make implicitly stupid jokes? What does Moses, Kagan, and a birth certificate have to do with Kagan’s nomination to be a Justice on the Supreme Court?
The jokes and the innuendo to our legimate questions are non sequitur.

Leahy slurred that Kagan was Solisisssor General .
Guess the Senate bar was open early.
The left is really nervous about the birth certificate.
Last night Anderson Cooper played an interview with , as he described him-
“ Birther “ Lt Col Lakin and his lawyer, which was taped Friday.
Anderson was completely unhinged-hysterically ranting and raving ,
never allowing Lt Col Lakin or his lawyer to talk and having every fact wrong.
Like every soldier serving from Hawaii only has a COLB and not a birth certificate
and how come Lt Col Lakin didn’t ask to see General Casey’s birth certificate.
The Cooper diatribe billed as an interview was worthless.
Cooper then went to his panel.
He asked Roland Martin why Obama didn’t just ask Hawaii to publicly release his birth certificate.
So, now Cooper admits that there is a hidden birth certificate.
Roland replies that releasing the birth certificate ( again admitting that one exists and is sealed ) wouldn’t satisfy “ them “
so there’s no point in making it public .
Then there was some creep from Red State who ridiculed anyone who wonders why Barry won’t release his birth certificate and I clicked off.
They’re definitely trying to use Saul Alinsky ridicule tactics.
They’d never get away with this if people weren’t so damn ignorant.
They would not get away with it if the fourth estate had not gladly transmogrified itself into the fifth column enemy serving the democrap party drive to ‘transform America’ into the socialist paradise the fools in media believe is possible under dictatorship of the federal oligarchs. ... And still no one is building the needed guillotines to deal with the enemy scum, the media.
I agree, the ignorance we are seeing is a direct result of the malpractice of the MSM and our so-called education system.
Implosion and war can’t be far off.
The birth certificate is just part of the evidence that would either refute or confirm any "Natural born" status he might have.
If nothing else, it will show, if we've been told the truth, that his father was born in Kenya. From there you'd need more evidence to show that his father was not a citizen. But all that would be avoided if the BC shows BHO Jr himself was born outside the US, because that would have him either later naturalized, or still an illegal alien. Either way, not an NBC.
While I probably won't live long enough to take a whiz on Jane Fonda's grave, Leahy will most likely pre-decease me. Something to look forward to in my old age. :)

Being a birther is okay if the guy in question is 100 percent white instead of only 50 percent.
