According to an explosive special report on Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan's views on the First Amendment right to free speech, in September of 2009 Kagan encouraged the Court to adhere to a new philosophy on the First Amendment that would allow the government to censor posters, pamphlets, and TV and radio content--and the Internet.

In a stunning news report issued today by CNS, the following information was disclosed:

it is clear that the nomination of Elena Kagan to the U.S. Supreme Court is intended, in part, to bolster the Obama Administration's intention to censor the Internet, radio and TV, posters and pamphlets, and, as an extension, books

Not shocking nor explosive news. Seems on par with the administration and right on target with the destruction of America.

But these are just her views. I am certain they won’t interfere when her job is simply to ‘interpret the constitution’. If conservatives would just abandon principles and work for social justice a little more often, they would be, ah, liberals...

I agree with those who say she is not a shoe in. That if the Rep delay this nomination, in order to make it an election issue. Politicians would have to defend their support of her .

I pray that Ginsbarf doesn’t retire in the next year. That would mean 3 liberals barely 50 years old. The GOP would have to pull off a political straight to match that down the road.

While she will replace another liberal, there is a HUGE difference in having another liberal and having a RADICAL activist liberal on the court. Too many IMPORTANT cases before the Court boil down to 5-4 decisions. to put a a radical like her on the court would be a disaster.

IF she is willing to eviscerate the First Amendment,( a”sacred” lamb among liberals and conservatives) upon the alter of Political Correctness. imagine what she would do to the Second Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, private property, etc.

Be Afraid. Be very Afraid.....
