Will Elena Kagan be First Lesbian Supreme Court Justice? 5/11/2010 Conservative American radio talk show host Jay Weber, on News Talk 1130 WISN of Milwaukee, said today that Kagan "is a lesbian" and "is openly gay."

Weber wondered why the MSM is ignoring what he called this "elephant in the room." ...If Obama is finally living up to his promise to be the gay champion, then why not be proud of it? Weber says the issue of Kagan's sexual preference is fair game because..."

See my post 16 following yours. I typed mine before I read
yours. GMTA, but it doesn’t really take a GM, just a discerning one.

This is another “Janet Reno,” everybody knew about her sexuality, but nobody had to say anything, as it was just assumed.

He wanted another topic to further distract and further divide the country. It is an in-your-face decision on his part.

And the wizards on the right are falling right into their predetermined role. I could care less that she is a lesbian. At this point, I'd support a martian if he'd support the constitution, leave my private property and guns alone.

He's jumped the shark.

It's strange what goes down in national consciousness.

He can render the Constitution, destroy companies, take away rights, and it won't be a blip. But I predict this woman's non-gender will be big in people's minds come November.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I can honestly say that I have NEVER been in a situation or room of people that would have me putting my arm around something like this.

Kagan will not sell well in middle America, but who cares about the average, normal, American citizen anymore?

Raely have I seen a woman look so uncomfortable in women’s clothing and jewelry.

It is the militant homosexual butch, much like her anarchist cousin or terrorist uncle who is motivated by obama and his anti-American gang.

The anarchists, homosexuals, criminals, communists, muslim terrorists, child molesters and other beasts are all snarling at the gates while Obama prepares to unleash them for the destruction of life as we know it.

Make no mistake that these rat bastards are as nasty, hostile and aggressive as any Nazi, communist or terrorist our military has ever had to face on the battlefield.

Sorry I care. I still believe homosexuality is wrong, not normal and not moral. I care, my family cares, and you should care. Gay marriage will bankrupt this nation and lead to who knows what.

Homosexuality is a sickness, just like any other mental illness. Do we want a pedophile on the bench? How about a polygamist? How about a run of the mill bestiality practitioner? Where will we draw the lines?

My conjecture is that an immoral person cannot rule on potentially moral issues; their immorality will always come first. She will always cast the case at hand into a problem in which she can rationalize away the constitution.

We have had several bestiality cases in our county in the past few weeks and the left is going nut because the conservatives have been questioning how they can prosecute a man for having sex with animals, when it should be a privacy issue, just like sodomy. It's really pretty funny to see them try to spin an explanation.

We all get a good laugh about the cases, but it really does say something about the depths of depravity of our society. One of the cases involved a guy who was entertaining foreign guests at his farm, who came to visit his animals (horses, bull dogs, and mice).

Thre are several lines of attack from the “right” that I have exactly the same feelings you expressed about this “gay” one. They are not intelligently chosen positions. They are more likely to backfire.

Is that Chastity Bono or a young Kagan in this photo?

I always appreciate when faces are labeled. Thanks,

Why can’t a Dem President pick a normal person? Ginsburg, Sotomayor, now Kagan. Are they allergic to white males, even liberal ones?

The dem’s can’t understand what a normal person is,it’s why they do what they do.

Put’s a whole new spin on petting zoo huh?

I can not for the life of me see why there is any difference, sodomy is sodomy. What will keep a father from marrying his son, or brother? Or a sister marrying her sister. There are no limits. Talk about screwing up federal pensions and Social security. Wait until these groups marry. You could arrange you survivors benefits so they wouldn’t expire for 70 years.

You are right. She has already done it with the military. I hope and pray that her hearings can be pushed back until after the November elections! Every day there is something new from this administration that should scare the daylights out of the American people!

There has to be a political reason why he chose her - - this may be it.

The political reason bobama chose her is to futher divide the country and to try to get republicans to look really mean right before the election in November. If they contest her nomination it will be "the party of NO and HATE are at it again," 24-7. CBS already questioned her sexuality as a pre-emptive strike. YOu know, just to get the ball rolling.

LOL...this will go down well in the Heartland right before the November elections. BO is obviously losing his mind.

Yeah, let him be seen as installing an advocate for the homosexual agenda on the Supreme Court. After ramming through ObamaCare, hinting at amnesty, etc., he should really be ripe for a comeuppance. If the pubbies don't filibuster (a longshot at the moment), let him spend his last political capital on someone like Kagan. This will also start the "Obama is gay" meme again.
