Why is this important? An individual who would spend millions of dollars hiding his background and pertinent documents from the public, and who would make false statements about about his history, cannot be trusted to tell the American people the truth about what his policy initiatives are intended to do regarding the ‘fundamental change’ of America.

The article states that Obama’s mother wasn’t a US citizen. This is the first time I’ve heard this.
What is the basis for this assertion?
the media won’t follow through with this...i am convinced that sometime in the future it will be revealed that zero is not a citizen....so would that make every law he signed null and voided?
For example, neither of Obama's parents were citizens of the United States at the time of his birth. Therefore, Obama would have to have been born on U.S. soil in order to qualify as a 'natural born citizen' according to the qualifications specified in the Constitution.
Being born on US soil isn't enough. And since when was Ann not a citizen?
Was that the full indepth report? That the Certificate of Live Birth is inadequate and proves nothing? Who doesn’t know that already?

If farmers and shopkeepers could take up arms against the crown in defense of liberty in 1775, I do not think a break in to recover heretofor locked up records in the defense of our Constitution is that great of a leap.
Why hasn’t someone accessed the information? The long form birth certificate, the Occidental College records, the Columbia University records and the Harvard Law School records need to be exposed. If these groups truly love their country, then why not obtain copies by any means and use willing media to bust the story wide open in several places at once.
Once this stuff is out of the bottle, its hard to get back in. One would argue that the records are inadmisable because they were obtained by criminal means. I say, just hold them until the break in story has blown over. Wait 3-6 months and plan for an across the board blitz where all the info is timed in stages to explode across the media.
Then sit back and watch the fireworks begin.

Hagmann writes articles that have been published in Canada Free Press. He and the woman who heads CFP are responsible for the story about the media being threatened by the Obama regime relative to the eligibility issue. They were going to go public with a whistle blower and backed off doing that because of concern for the safety of the person. Back when it happened, they had built everyone up for a big story which fizzled because they were unable to provide proof (a memo from the Obama people about keeping their mouths shut on the BC issue with threats).

I thought both parents had to be born here and have to be citizens for the baby to be considered a NATURAL born citizen. Neither of Obama’s parents could pass him eligiblity. His father was a British subject!!

This story may be a little bit misleading.
Here is the thread from yesterday with part 1 of the investigation.
From my initial read of part 1, the investigation is not into Obama's background and eligibility per se, it is an investigation into the attempts to confuse and obfuscate the issue of Obama's eligibility with the public.
The investigation is more about the disinformation campaign to undermine the credibility of questioners than it is about determining whether Obama is an NBC or not.
The author is trying to show how the relevant questions were never answered despite claims that they were.

If Obama were born on U.S. soil to two non-citizens, he would still not be natural born. Both parents need to be U.S. citizens in addition to Obama needing to be born on U.S. soil for the “natural born” designation to apply.
