Chicago’s NBC affiliate station has posted previously redacted information that had been missing from a subpoena requesting that Barack Obama testify in the trial of disgraced former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich. From the report:

6. Obama had a secret phone call with Blagojevich
When Republicans failed to dig up anything in their Whitewater witch hunt against Bill Clinton that could be used as an excuse to impeach the president, they went after him on his extramarital affairs. In that case, Clinton was smart enough to have avoided being caught in illegal acts. Barack Obama, on the other hand, may not be that clever. When the GOP retakes the House and reclaims more Senate seats, count on the party to use this as its justification for impeaching and removing Obama.

All I hear is crickets chirping from the msm on this trial. You can bet there is a lot of pressure from the administration to suppress anything to do with Obama. Of course they have willing allies in the msm, Federal, state and local governments.
Just like the John Edwards baby story the MSM will do it’s best to keep this under wraps and what is reported will come with the “everyone does it” or some other mantra. Count on it.
If he didn’t lie under oath it’s just another indication of his essential dishonesty, nothing more. That is, unless it can be proven that he somehow broke the law but I’m extremely doubtful that anyone is willing to pursue it.

That’s simply not going to happen. He’s untouchable in that respect but it will make an effective campaign issue unless we get another candidate like McCain who puts discussion of Obama off limits.
Obama truly thought that his word would be the end of it. That he would just say “I didn’t...” and that was that.
This man’s ego will be his downfall. I just hope I am around to watch it and God forgive my zeal to watch a man suffer humiliation as he has done to so many.
Yeah all’s the MSM are doing is reporting it in a HOW DARE BLAGO way.
It is a sad day when ligitamate stories are broken by the National Enquirer and no one else in the media seems to notice.......
