Massive government corruption hidden by focus on Goldman-Sachs
Conservative Examiner ^ | 4/21/2010 | Anthony G. Martin

As the country's attention is directed to the Goldman-Sachs scandal, a much greater story lurks beneath the surface involving massive government corruption that makes Wall Street firms pale in comparison.

(AP Photo/Charles Dharapak). Sen. Chris Dodd, D-CT.

The current government of the United States of America under the leadership of Barack Obama and the Democrat-controlled Congress is the single most corrupt entity in the nation, worse than all of the private sector scandals combined.

One would be hard-pressed to find an era of U.S history when government was any more corrupt than it is at present.

The manner in which Obama and Congress passed the healthcare bill is a case in point, but only the tip of the iceberg. ObamaCare was approved by the use of bribes, buy-offs, under-the-table deals, preferential treatment given to politicians sitting on the fence, etc., etc.

Ben Nelson, Blanche Lincoln, Mary Landrieu, Bart Stupak, and others were clearly bribed by the Chicago thugs that hold top offices in the Obama Administration.

Blanche Lincoln, by the way, the Democrat from Arkansas, accepted Goldman-Sachs campaign contributions and stated that she had no intention of giving it back.

Um... So?

What are we going to do about it? Vote 'em out of office? Think that'll work?

I don't...

Delicious irony. Obama is making enemies out of friends, useful idiots to him. Imagine what he’d do to the peasants that voted for him!? I’d be careful if I were Obama, Goldman-Sachs just might be able to afford to bring the doctor who delivered him from Kenya here to testify.

Great article, if only the “journalists” in the msm would report like this. I swear, I don’t know how those news hacks can look at their children when they go home when they have to know they’re destroying America’s future.

And Congress too, how do you all sleep at night?

Government focusing on the speck of sawdust in the eyes of citizens and industry, only to ignore the plank in their own.

It does seem doubly egregious when they are using our money to make these bribes.

DISTRACTION TO LESSER issues of importance, is the standard method/way of Washington politicians of accomplishing what they want, all the while knowing the American people will counter and resist ... if knowing what they are currently doing They keep doing it, because it works. It takes time to come out what they did. Too late.

VOTE for new conservatives.

Newt says all the right things. He is not Conservative. Look at what he does, not what he says. If he runs for President it will serve to split the conservative votes. It is MO that is what he is aiming to do in 2012.

Do not believe him. He is a one world government advocate, he is for global warming, he is an internationalist. etc. A stealth progressive, always under the mantle of conservative. God help us in our day, in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Don’t worry about it. Once a Republican is in the White House, all will be well.

I wonder if McCain will give his Goldman contributions back.

Just as IBM will make out huge on Smart-grids, biometric ID's, and a host of other "Big Brother" initiatives.

It has been pointed out before that businesses are opportunistic. Capitalism keeps them in check, Fascism gives them license.
