This is an analyzed video of the video that was orginally posted by an individual who lived near the crash site in Smolensk.
That video was quickly pulled. The Polish government is analyzing this video.
The person who analyzed the video picks out people are walking near the crash site and highlights what looks to be an individual in white laying on the ground. The person who took the video was focused on that spot.
That was when the siren was sounded.

Sure seems legit on the surface. I thought the shots might be ammo from the guns that were probably on board. Doesn’t appear so to me.

Wish there was some way the vid could be taken and ‘cleaned up’ somehow. It is ‘pixelated’ and difficult to make out some things....especially at the end where, from the description, there was a person ‘jumping from the plane and falls down after gunfire’.

I don’t see anything. A lot of people besides the videographer seem to have converged on the site. And the videographer isn’t afraid.
Besides, judging from the wreckage, that crash wasn’t survivable.

I don't get the "siren". Sure was loud and sounded more like a steam train whistle than a siren.
The looting aspect is interesting. Perhaps the shots were into the air to shoo away looters.
