Wish there was some way the vid could be taken and ‘cleaned up’ somehow. It is ‘pixelated’ and difficult to make out some things....especially at the end where, from the description, there was a person ‘jumping from the plane and falls down after gunfire’.

You can see the smoke from the discharge of the gun. The rest is hard to tell what is going on.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot of "cleaning" that can be done with low-rez digital footage like this. Some, but nothing dramatic. What CAN be done is image stabilization, but it's gonna be time consuming because the videographer was moving around so much.
