Don’t get me wrong he did well in this but do you know why they called him Red?
I saw this (live?) when I was a child and I still think it is wonderful. Share it with all children (adults as well)

If I ever did, I can’t remember!
Wow! I walked right into your home page! I especially liked the part about adding two words and 2 states. I sat wondering when he recited the pledge that these 2 words were missing.
I might be wrong, but rumor had it he was a Communist.
I tried to find some hard links with a quick search but did not find any worth posting to say for sure.
The best explanation of the pledge ever! Good night and God bless!
I tried to find some hard links with a quick search but did not find any worth posting to say for sure.
And that might be the perfect lesson on rumor. Could "Red" have had something to do with his red (even late in life) hair?
I grew up watching the first black & white TVs where the local stations couldn’t produce a signal on cloudy days! You’re whacked. Red Skelton could not, was not; and was a very religious man.... commies are athiests. “May God bless”!
“Red” Buttons and “Red” Skelton... John is “Jack”, and Robert is “Bob”, and Charles is “Chuck”, and John Wayne is “Duke”. Couldn’t happen anywhere else. God Bless America!
Where God walked with us in our churches, our towns, our schools, as well as our hearts every day and no one was ashamed to say God bless you.
Where twilight was the time porch lights came on, fireflies came out and mothers called us back in from the neighborhood for a family dinner.....not a time to fear or walk quickly to avert danger.
Was it perfect? No. Was there ugliness? Yes. But there was a foundation. A safety net of family, church, and government that made you feel that you could face anything...
Sometimes I feel like I've overstayed my welcome...I turned 55 today. And I'm pretty sure that I'll never see that America again. Even more devastating to me is that my children and their children may not see it either unless something so huge, so earth shattering, so miraculous happens that it rocks the foundations of our nation to the core....
Two strokes later at 55 years of age, I'll keep hoping and working toward that end. Here's hoping. God bless you and our “one nation, under God.”
I suggest that you believe in America. Faith is an ACTION, led by a BELIEF, sustained by CONFIDENCE. The ABCs of FAITH. “Destiny is not a matter of chance, its a matter of choice. It doesn’t just happen, its a goal to be attained” Gen. G S Patton
I also believe that we need to change back the paradigm and I believe that people want to do that.
I'm confident that if we can keep the momentum going that we will regain our confidence in the ability to mold and shape America in the way that the majority of Americans want, not in the image that a select few who have usurped power have chosen.
The America that I miss is worth fighting for.
I like the way you think. “A government big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take everything you have.” T Jefferson
Your right, I did hear it before but can not find anything supporting it.
