It’s obvious what that provision is.

That’s zero’s “Citizens’ National Security Force” that he bragged about in his half-hour speech on television the day before the election. No one had heard the phrase before, but the zerobots all applauded anyway.

This would be a national security force comprising young unemployed people, having authority to bypass the governors and enter any state to force compliance with any rule or law that even remotely touches on anything the federal government defines as a “health crisis.” They’ll be able to arrest you for “not recycling” properly; or for “posting inaccurate statements to rightwing fringe Web sites”; or God knows what else. It’s the equivalent of Hitler Youth. I assume they will be armed.

All the “wacko” conspiracy stuff appears to be coming true. The zerobama Hitler Youth plus the expanded and strengthened IRS are the schematics for a “health-based” secret police apparatus as far as I’m concerned.

We should be publicizing this as much as possible.

It’s for the emergency forced sterilization of useless bread gobblers.

Napolitano said he does not believe the language of the provision is "well-intentioned" because of the use of the military terms.

The U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps has existed for decades. They wear uniforms and hold rank; it uses the Navy terminology, Lieutenant, Lieutenant Commander, Commander, etc. It's head is the Surgeon General, who actually is the equivilent of a Navy Vice-Admiral. Go figure.

Judge Andrew Napolitano should be on the Supreme Court.

I wonder if they will have snappy uniforms and torchlight parades around hospitals?
